Great switches and sockets.
The Internet Electrical Store contacted me as they were waiting for some of my order to come in and offered the option of 2 separate deliveries or wait 24 hours. I wasn't in a hurry so I was happy to wait it was only 1 day.
I wish all companies would communicate like this.
Customer service 10 out of 10 and product 10 out of 10. Happy Days (: (:

Really great company. Great customer service kept updated through. Spoke to Abigail and couldn’t have dealt with a more professional friendly person and helped me with all my needs.

If i could give them ZERO stars I would.
They were adamant in refusing to ship a product to me and were completely unhelpful - don't waste your time - there are also cheaper alternatives I found.
When the company read the above review they asked me to contact them for help, yet they've already flatly refused to help. They're simply trying to give the impression of being cooperative. Even their Managing Director will not respond to me despite my direct email complaint to him.

Bought piano black sockets and switches for the whole house they were delivered within 48 hours beautiful quality would highly recommend and at a cheaper price than most others online thanks ps have now been fitted and look even better on the wall

Outstanding customer service, they even went to their own expense and lost money to correct my order and get me what I wanted, even though, it was me that made the mistake and not them. Their products are great quality, easy to fit, look fantastic when fitted and are at a cheaper price than their competitors.
100% recommend this company, as great products, cheap prices, 1st class customer service.. And, its even fast delivery. These guys set the standard that other companies need to achieve. You will not buy these products from a better company than this. They deserve 10 stars, not 5 since they're twice as good as anyone else. Lily-may in customer services is a star

I ordered from the Trendi range of sockets and switches and I am delighted with the items and the service provided. I would not hesitate to buy from The Internet Electrical store in the future

I ordered Trendi items worth a few hundred pounds in mid February. As soon as I paid I was told some items were not in stock! so they sent me a different colour for some saying the rest would be delivered in about 3 weeks. I chased a few times but still my items didnt arrive. I then discovered that the telephone sockets they sent were in fact modem sockets!! I had already paid an electrician and had them installed!! I then had to get my internet provider to uninstall them. I have asked for a refund on the two wrong sockets sent and have asked where my remaining items are? I am giving them another few days then I will be asking my bank for a cash back....poor quality service and a dishonest sales team as I'm quite sure they knew they weren't in stock before my card details were given!!! Avoid this company!! and please dont respond asking me to email you...it wont make any difference...just respond to my email!!
UPDATE....after much emailing back and forth..customer service phoned me today and offered a partial refund as 'gesture of goodwill ' and promised items would be sent as soon as in stock..it took a lot to get to this point but they resolved it in the end...
I still advise people to make sure they really have items in stock before placing an order though as I am still hesitant that this isn't a one of by reading some other reviews.

I wouldn't think that normally they deserve one star nornally but they definitely do not deserve 5 star. I can easily confirm that with my negative experience. I have placed my orders for TRENDI on 10th of December 2021, unfortunately I have received my orders in too many parts and sadly had some missing parts.

20AMP switch failed after short while they told me replacement was sent but never arrived. They hardly sent one of the missing pink plates very late but one was still missing.

I am really wondering when they will complete my order. Currently I am waiting one replacement of 20AMP switch and one pink face place which never was sent.

Great service as usual from placing the order to the delivery.
We love the Trendi range and now all the rooms in the house have had the old sockets and switches changed to them.
Would highly recommend anyone wanting sockets etc to use the Internet Electrical Store they are brilliant.

Great service! A lot of products on offer, prompt preparation of orders ready for collection if you don't use the delivery service which is also excellent. I did not give 5 stars because the website is sometimes a bit difficult to navigate

I have had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. Bought an item on the website, told the next day it’s been discontinued. I’ve had to chase up via email and phone every time since and have now been told the policy is 30 days before they will give me a refund. Absolutely disgraceful, they have taken my money under false pretences and not returning it for a month.
I will never use this company again.

28/11/2021 - I placed an order via their website. (Order no. 140043/281121/78).
10/12/2021 - I hadn’t received the order, so I emailed them asking for status. They replied the same day saying the manufacturer confirmed the product was due week commencing 13/12/2021.
16/12/2021 - I emailed again asking when the order was getting to me but I didn’t get a response.
If you say you’re waiting for the product from your manufacturer, then you should have marked it as ‘Out Of Stock’ on your website. Why did you take my money knowing very well you can’t send it to me asap?
Why did you not tell me this at the point of ordering? You could have emailed me after I placed the order.
Nearly 3 weeks later, I still haven’t received the order.
Can you explain to me why?
And why did you ignore my email dated 16/12/2021?
Disgusting company - I’ll never order from you again.
