My experience has been terrible. Items out of stock that were not shown as out of stock, Fedex delivery more than 3 weeks and can't get any answers quickly, a refund still pending after weeks of back and forth. Customer service not responding to emails, and nobody answering the phone. There is a lot that can be improved.

Ordered Trendi light switches and sockets and they arrived a couple of days later. They look amazing in my kitchen and will definitely be ordering more from them for the rest of the house.

I used this company to replace over half of the switches and sockets in my house. Right from the start, the company were open and transparent, offering supportive, pragmatic solutions.
A good proportion of my order was out of stock and not expected to be n stock for 2-4 weeks; some were in stock but in different colours.
The company called me to explain; they offered to dispatch what they had and update me and dispatch the rest of the order as it arrived. They even offered to send me different coloured parts and send out the correct coloured plate / cover when it arrived.
I could not have asked for a more flexible and resonsive customer-facing service

Easily found what I was looking for on the website, selection and payment was a fast process. Within moments had an email confirming my purchase with an estimated delivery date. Item arrived within days and Royal Mail kept me updated and provided tracking.
