Firstly the lady at the call centre was friendly, helpful and professional.
Charlie the AA man was brilliant, he was so patient with me. I gave him the wrong address and somehow he managed to talk me through how to show him where my location was over the mobile phone. Me and tech things dont mix well.
The service responce was very quickly responded to.

Amazingly quick to attend.
Knowledgeable, friendly mechanic.
Very quick diagnosis.
Very quick fix and good advice.
Overall, it couldn't have been better.

Didn't wait too long for the AA, kept me informed every step on the APP. Ian phoned when near, very knowledgeable and when he didn't have the part he sourced it and followed me onto the motor way so I was safe then went to pick up part. Fixed very quickly and reasonably priced. Fantastic service thank you.

I broke down today on the way to work and the lovely Kevin from AA was with me in under an hour. Got my car recovered to a garage near my home and then was kind enough to drop me home! When Gareth arrived on the dot of the ETA I could not have been in better hands. His enthusiastic and methodical approach to my 63 year old Austin Healey was obvious. His breadth of knowledge of how old cars work made the diagnosis of fault very quick. Fortunately I had a new coil on board which Gareth duly fitted. He further impressed me with his engineers approach to making the mounting bracket fit. A true Pro and a very nice guy.

AA gave regular updates on ETA that were accurate, and were able to deal with my dead battery same day, as the driver Abubakr had the correct battery replacement on his van. He tested the old one and gave his honest opinion as to the old battery's longevity. I did not feel pressured to replace the battery. All done and dusted in about an hour. A happy customer.

Great service from Stuart who went above and beyond to get my car running again. Identified the problem, got me a new battery and fitted it.

The callout time was very quick and efficent.
Dobri my aa supporter called as he thought he was going to be 10minutes late but in fact he got there earlier than the estimated time.
He was very informative and personaliable which helped me relax as i was very anxious - this was the first time using AA support.

Lewis can to my rescue when I locked my car keys in the boot, he came out very quickly and many get the keys within 5/10 minutes of him arriving, he was really nice and chatted away, nothing was a bother to him, excellent service from him
