Wayne

Wayne, the AA mechanic, was thorough and totally accurate with his diagnosis of the car fault. He put extra charge in my battery and recommended that the alternator should be replaced. This has now been done and the car is perfect once again. Wayne was extremely helpful.

Steven is very personable

Steven is very personable, smiley and warm greeting. He immediately diagnosed the problem and in no time i was up and running, to my relief. As advised i purchased a new battery and the vehicle is fine. Thankyou Steven, job well done. Jerry Willock.

The team had not read my notes

The team had not read my notes , to indicate that tyre just need a plug and inflating or just needed to be inflated .The first recovery truck turned up with no repair kit or pump to inflate the trye . They stated they would return at 7 in the morning to ( next day ) instead they returned at 4 am in the morning with a truck , no repair kit or pump so they drove off , I phoned the help line at 8 am who then got a repair team out to me by 8.30 ( Jac who pumped the trye up which allowed me to get to a tyre shop to replace the trye . What disaster after 12 hours two tow trucks to pump up a trye . bad show AA

The response time was sooner than…

The response time was sooner than expected. Once Alan had worked on my car. The car was drivable which enabled us to drive home approx 60 miles.
Friendly and polite service. Alan very helpful and even worked on my car although he had passed his finishing time.

Fantastic service

Every aspect from reporting the breakdown to the roadside assistance was professional. I was constantly kept updated on the wait time. The problem was quickly identified and dealt with. The service man followed me on the short journey home and then checked that the car was fine.

The AA patrol man

The AA patrol man, Nick, who came to our rescue arrived early and treated us with respect and gave advice and a clear explanation of the problem. He then followed us home as the car was driveable with care.
He was polite and friendly throughout our dealings with him.

Benny was brilliant …

Benny was brilliant fixing my issue and getting me up and moving. I had difficulty trying to get in touch using my phone which was cut off 3 times whilst I attempted to do what was asked. Thankfully it wasn’t a dark night in the middle of no where.

Problem with Hybrid System on Toyota…

Problem with Hybrid System on Toyota Yaris. Paul from AA came out, within 15 mins of making call. Diagnosed the problem as a failed battery, took it away for proper disposal. Paid for a new battery with 5 year guarantee, Paul went away, got the battery, back within 90 minutes. Installed it, check everything was working ok, and I was on the road again. Swift service, friendly technician, problem solved. What more could you ask for. Five stars from me.

Mark was so very helpful.

Mark, the breakdown driver who helped me today was fabulous.
I was due to set off for a journey of 150 miles to deliver things to the venue ahead of my daughter's wedding and to have a few days away. He couldn't have been more helpful and really calmed me down in a very stressful situation as well as sorting everything out by finding a garage to look at the car and arranging a hire car for me. Thank you so much.

Gary was very helpful, and I would like to extend a big thank you to him for going above and beyond to resolve the issue with my car.

I have dealt with other technicians from car recovery companies before, but I have honestly never met anyone as knowledgeable, professional and genuinely helpful as Gary. His expertise, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier, and I am extremely grateful for his outstanding service.

Breakdown call out.

The fact that the AA communicated with me prior to their arrival was very reassuring. The staff member dealing with the call out was polite, knowlegable and very efficient and dealt with the situation quickly.

I had a fab experience with AA

I had a fab experience with AA, made ca request at 1405hrs and at 1445hrs they were at my location. Shaub was great and my car was fixed in less than 15 mins.
