We bought a large verandah from sunspaces and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish . Clear communication with sound advice given at initial site visit, followed by several phone conversations to establish dates and to discuss any modifications . There was a delay mid installation due to the supply company making a mistake with the glass panels . Eventual installation was completed over 3 days by an excellent team of installers who happily worked through wind and rain . Chris Jamie and co did a great job and we are very happy with the result .

Very pleased with our new Vista Sunroom.
From the initial sales contact through to the excellent installation team and everything in between we’ve been very happy with Sunspaces. The pricing was competitive and the product itself (the sunroom) seems very good quality and nicely detailed.

A few weeks after the sunroom and decking was installed, the edging of the decking had completely fallen away from two of the steps making it very unsafe. I had reported the issue on numerous occasions but three months later, I am still waiting for them to assess and repair. What I hoped to be a lovely place to sit and relax in has turned into an unsightly view and a hazardous walk to the garden. Whilst I continue to wait for a date for repair, a recommendation to improve their communication skills would not go amiss.

We are really pleased with our new verandah roof. The brochure photographs do not do it justice, as it looks so much better in real life.
Based on quotes from other Companies, we found it to be excellent value for money and has completely transformed the space. The customer service throughout was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and very professional from start to finish, as were the fitters. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a verandah.

Very professional workmen, always cheerful and approachable, their workmanship was first class. Our sunroof looks fantastic and fits in with our existing building. A high quality product. I can highly recommend this company.

what a great bunch of guys new what they were doing had to modify some little bits guttering etc, very nice and great build brilliant. very very happy

Best price on market and they explain everything about what you want to do and they give all options and the installation team they finish on time and they clean everything on the end highly recommended.

We ordered the ultra veranda as an ex display model . Best decision we ever made . I’d be lying if I said it went without a hitch ( taking a product down without a hitch and then packaging and transporting to put it up again adds in extra risk ) however whenever there was a problem I’d get a phone call from Mike to tell me the issue but more importantly the fix . I bought this as a showroom model with some dents and scratches , shower when they took it down I got a phone saying we aren’t happy with the quantity we are reordering some replacement parts . The service we received was outstanding. The finished product when installed is beyond my expectations. Well engineered German veranda and it tells but installed by three hard working installers who again took up the quality baton ,”I can fit it but it’s not quite right “ attitude . Any company can send out an item and it goes up without a hitch and get 5 stars . The true measure is dealing with issues in a professional manner and Sunspaces did just this . Im still excited every time I see it , it’s transformed our garden and created a large useable space . Thank you team

Starting with Dimitar, the sales/surveyor, who was very efficient, methodical and was able to solve a dilemma that other companies did not want to know.
The Installers, Jamie and Chris, were super-efficient and went out of their way to ensure that the Garden Veranda was watertight and because the structure was of an awkward size, the guys were very creative in resolving any problems encountered. Both of them deserve an individual 5* rating for their punctuality, cleanliness and inventiveness.
Gerwyn, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the delivery was as promised and all of our additional changes were implemented with enthusiasm and care. I will always recommend Sun Space Products, as the quality and pricing is excellent. The 'TEAM' all work as one unit and are therefore very professional, efficient and hardworking and happily give the client what they want.

We are extremely happy with our new veranda which was installed in November. Quality product at a reasonable price with a long warranty period. We were a bit sceptical in the beginning as SunSpaces were the cheapest quote of the three we obtained, however they did not disappoint!

By far this has been the best company I have dealt with throughout our renovation journey. They were quick to respond, kept updated throughout the process and was kept in the loop at every step from sales, to manufacturing and installation.

Happy with the product, its installation and the installers, would recommend.

As for installation, the guys were very professional and the task was fast, efficient and fuss free! Delivered and installed in less than 1 day…a new look garden space that can now be used in all weathers
