Facilities on the whole are great…

Facilities on the whole are great though there have been one or two niggles with spa not working, the equipment in the ladies changing room (which I did message via instagram about but never received an acknowledgement or reply). The car park does get rammed though and sometimes you have to drive around several times to get a spot. Plus, some bad behaviour has crept into the spa. Namely people on their mobile phones. Not scrolling, having full blown conversations despite there being signs up all over the place asking people not to. The more others see this behaviour going unchallenged, the more it will become normalised. I like to relax in the spa, not listen to other people’s problems!! Please can you clamp down on this.

Speedy delivery and product great

I purchased some flowers and a big hug biscuit for a friend who’s just been diagnosed with cancer. Ordered them one day and they were safely delivered the next. Friend was delighted and sent me a picture. Very pleased with the quality and the speed of delivery. Would definitely use again.

The initial contact with Luke from…

The initial contact with Luke from sales was great. However once we had signed up to get a new glass room installed, it all went downhill. We would hear nothing for weeks, then someone would email or call to confirm that they were due to deliver the order, only for them to cancel a few days later. I was forever chasing, I’d leave messages. We were told yes it was definitely happening on the 21st July, then it wasn’t. Then definitely the 28th. The installers didn’t arrive. It took me until 11:30am to get through to someone to ask what was going on only to be told oh there’s a problem, they’ll definitely be there tomorrow. No one had thought to give me the heads up and I was stuck indoors waiting. They did turn up the next day, got on with the job and now it’s finished it does look good. I just wish the company hadn’t made promises it couldn’t deliver. Also their communication needs to improve. One last thing, I’m left with a 7m steel support on my driveway which they’re meant to have been collecting for a week now, still no communication as to when.

3rd review

3rd review. After the 2nd review was posted Yodel reached out to me and asked me to contact them who th further information so they could look into the issue. Fast forward a day, they reply with exactly the same response I got when I went online and chatted with an agent. Total waste of my time. So I’m still without the shoes I bought off Vinted, had to go and purchase a new pair. The parcel is still on its way back to the seller and I’m still waiting for a refund. Overall very disappointed with the service I’ve gotten and would certainly not use or recommend Yodel. Infact make sure you check your preferences on Vinted.

Would love to give zero stars

Would love to give zero stars. Update on a review posted 2 days ago. Yodel failed to contact me within 48 hours so I chased them and yes, as suspected they’ve lost my parcel! I now have to wait to get refunded by the seller,

They’ve had a Vinted parcel since 4th…

They’ve had a Vinted parcel since 4th June. Tried tracking it on the app but it’s not been updated since then. Went into live chat and basically they don’t know what’s happened to it! I’ve now got to wait up to 48 hours for them to investigate and get back to me. Sounds like they have lost it. So annoying. Crap customer service, kept repeating the same thing over and over (could have been AI).

That’s incredibly frustrating—waiting so long for an update, only to be told they don’t know where your parcel is. I completely understand your annoyance, especially when customer service just repeats the same thing without offering any real answers. Courier threw my parcel over the back…

Courier threw my parcel over the back fence. Luckily the contents were not damaged. Not an issue if it’s clothes but courier should have noticed this was a heavy item therefore not appropriate to throw over a fence.

Poor service won’t be using again …

For the 2nd time in a matter of weeks Moonpig have failed to deliver a card and gift on time. First time was for my father’s 80th birthday. They contacted me in the day it was meant to be delivered to say sorry won’t be delivered today. I had to explain to my father, who has dementia, sorry pops no card. Yesterday they failed to deliver a card and chocolates for my mothers birthday!! Bad luck or poor service? Obviously I shan’t be using them again. Now I have to go out and buy a shop bought card to send.
