Very quick follow up to initial enquiry. Good discussion with sales rep who covered all options and styles and worked with us to get a good outcome. Sensible discussion on cost and a price agreed. Follow up from the team was excellent and the surveyor was thorough and profession even in a downpour. Canopy was installed in less than 1 day by very friendly and helpful installers and the whole install went without any problems. Happy to unreservedly recommend this company.

Good product nice people to deal with

Two visits from the Eden surveyor during and after preparatory ground works were being made ensured our site was ready. Eden also kept us informed during the process of obtaining planning permission and the delivery of our glass room. Installation was quick and efficient

The whole experience was smooth ,professional ,and completed on time,The team was especially helpfull at all times. Rebecca llips come answered all our questions with great patience and detail, provided excellent drawings with great detail. I can't recommend her enough , Superb!!!! The fitters were polite , worked very hard and kept the area neat and tidy at all times. Again they answered all questions and provided updates on how the work was progressing every time I asked .I highly recommend Eden Verandas

Originally was going for a canopy but after seeing how the veranda and canopy work together I went for that option. It was fitted yesterday ready for our summer. The fitters were Tyler and Jake who were brilliant. Very efficient, tidy and they left my garden looking clean as they tidied up any debris. Very professional company from sales, delivery, fitting and customer service. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Leighton the electrician was efficient and helpful, he checked the house electrical installation to ensure that everything was ok before connecting the electric sun shade.
Sergei and Robert erected the Veranda very quickly and ensured that everything was in order and to plan !

The whole process was simple and efficient, with communication from Eden being excellent. The delivery guys were on time and quick to unload and stack the veranda and decking in the garden, very tidily and out of the way. Sergei and the construction team arrived a week later and had the veranda frame up in one day! They were really hard working and finished the veranda and decking in 3 days, returning on the 4th to clean it and tidy up the rubbish. Everything was done to a very high standard, there were no problems at all with any of the installation and everything went according to plan. I cannot fault them, they have done a really great job and I’m very pleased with it.

Very professional, good, friendly and efficient service. Arrived on time to all appointments and scheduled installations went like clockwork.

Great service

Just had our cube fitted by 2 very professional guys, Steve and Adam, who were amazing. Eden Verandas kept us informed throughout the process which was great as we had to get planning permission for ours. Still a few minor things to be sorted but I know it will be dealt with efficiently. Very happy with the end result.

Delivery and fitting were arranged for the same day, the fitters arrived before the delivery. I’d agreed with customer services that I would pay the money due on delivery by 3 separate bank transfers starting 2 days ahead. All the payments were set up at the same time so that they would happen automatically on the stated day. Payment 1 and 2 went through smoothly. When the lorry was ready to depart, the 3rd payment hadn’t arrived. I had to log into my online banking account and show your representative that the money had left my account and was on its way. However, they still waited and the fitters were delayed in starting.

Once they started everything seemed to go to plan and our additions to the veranda were completed in the day. They also saw that one of the glass panels in the veranda roof had a small crack and had reported it for replacement.

Eden have recently completed the installation of a wrap-around veranda sitting over a new decking area at the rear of our house. We had been looking to achieve this for several years and are so glad to have finally found a company that was able to undertake the whole project for us. Eden did a detailed design and obtained the planning permission on our behalf, taking into account our specific requirements. They kept us informed of progress all through this stage. The installation was well managed and the installers highly competent and careful. The products used are of very high quality. This is not a cut price operation.
Overall Eden were a joy to work with. There appears to be good communication between the various departments: sales, planning and delivery. All the back office staff we dealt with were pleasant, responsive and effective. Any problems or issues that arose were swiftly resolved.

Eden Verandas gave us a 5 star experience from start to finish.
Mark visited our home and surveyed the site and then put a plan together for us. He listened to our wishes and was friendly and professional. We had to get planning permission and Eden dealt with whole process for us. Our beautiful green Veranda was installed this week. Bart and Luka were excellent in every way. They cleaned the glass until it shone and even cleared the site of rubbish and packing before they left. We are so glad that we chose Eden and their quality product and staff. We are chuffed beyond words 😀 x.

Very poor experience. We had a confirmed site survey appointment, but the technician chose not to show up, calling instead to say it was too hot and he didn’t want to be late to his next job. Rather than rescheduling properly, he tried to give us an estimate over the phone without even seeing the site.

To make matters worse, he said the job “might be expensive” and implied that we might not be able to afford it or would probably back out after comparing other quotes. That kind of comment is presumptive, condescending, and completely unprofessional.

There was no respect for our time or our intelligence. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting even basic customer care or courtesy.
