Cannot fault service, price, installation - 5*

Sunspaces installed glass sides to our veranda that another company had previously installed. Their cost was much less. Excellent survey and arrangements from start to finish. Nothing was too much for them. Communication was excellent and the finished result was exactly what we wanted. All in all an absolute 5* service all round.

Recommended to 2 people and both have bought since.

Add me to the list off poor customer…

Add me to the list of poor customer service complaints. Ordered my chair mid Feb and after a few weeks contacted Secretlab as it was way past the shipment date. Received some garbled excuse about the delivery, followed by another excited email saying it had been sorted, and more interested in me giving a good review. Anyway, saw the delivery date on the TNT web site.so I booked a day off work, unpaid. Waited in all day, said it would arrive before 6pm. It didn't. So I emailed them via a few different methods, and replying to their original emails. Not heard anything since. So I decided to read the customer reviews and am horrified. My story reads almost identical to one I read that was ordered around the same time as mine. Disgusted with this kind of service.
UPDATE... Chair arrived the day after posting this. I give the chair 5 stars. It's fantastic. For such a good quality chair, it doesn't take away the fact the customer service is poor.

Can't reset password in order to log in…

Can't reset password in order to log in and use my points. Cust services said check spam. Nothing there. Wierd. As the email they reply to me on is the very one I'm expecting the password reset on! So I thought I'd use the live chat link as they suggested in the email. What live chat? Even that doesn't work. No problem. Off down to Boots now to buy it. 2nd time this has happened. You can keep your points, I'd rather have a good service.

I'm glad I got sent the survey

I'm glad I got sent the survey. The item I ordered was "Super universal thermocouple". The picture showed around 10 alternative fitments. Went to click and collect and the ones they had had only 4 fitments. Hardly super universal. More annoyingly the lady in the shop told me I shouldn't be going by the pictures. So I went to Screwfix and bought from there, the staff were infinitely more obliging and they had the same item that actually was how their picture described. So.... Badly described item, incorrect picture, overall not good. All the ones in stock were the same. Need to re visit their online advert and correct it to "not very universal thermocouple"

Compressor delivered the next day

Compressor delivered the next day, very happy with it. Needed to ask a few questions and got a reply by the next day, so I was very happy with the service.
Especially as I had ordered one from elsewhere, and after a month and no communication it still had not arrived. Glad I cancelled and bought the SGS one instead.

Use a bit of practical common sense please

5 stars for delivery, but why, oh why do you feel the need to send such tiny items in the most huge packages. I ordered a track rod end ((1 ft long approx), in its manufacturers box), and yet you manage to post it in a box 5 ft tall ! Two boxes arrived the same day, both huge, both 90% empty. Come on, use a bit of common sense. I had these delivered to my wifes work for convenience. However there was no way she could get on the bus with them, so I had to pick them up. Reality was, they all fitted in an Asda carrier bag afterwards, with space spare.
Goods and delivery 5* and JK is the only company I use for my van parts. This is the only let down.
