Proper customer service

My phone interactions with Spareroom are always 5*.

Firstly, they have long office hrs; who else would be available at 6pm on a Sundday?

I was given the better option of 28 days upgrade, which can be extended free to 8 weeks

I received the usual 10% discount for a returning customers; The code was added to my account saving me hassle of typing in a code

I had a very positive experience using…

I had a very positive experience using SpareRoom to find a lodger. The website was easy to use, and I was able to advertise my room quickly and communicate with potential lodgers through the platform.

I received a good number of enquiries and was able to find a suitable tenant in a relatively short time. The search filters and messaging system made the whole process straightforward and efficient.

Overall, I found SpareRoom to be a reliable and helpful service, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a lodger or a room in the UK. Thank you for providing such a useful platform!
