Delivery a disaster!
They lost half of our reclining chair and had to reschedule delivery.
Not a problem in itself but we had to do all the work attempting to find out what was happened?
Would appear that there is no accountability within this organisation!
The chair is good quality and we are very satisfied with it.

The furniture arrived on time, good communication from the drivers.
Speedy delivery and set up, very pleased.

Could not get the tracking app to work, it was good the Delivery Drivers kept me updated.

Bed setter was delivered and the boys from MCD did there best to fit it through the door. We weren’t aware it did not come apart so best to check if buying. Charles the store manager at birkenshaw returned our call. He offered us two options. Either send a specialist team out again or they have an upholsterer who does work for them. This is charged to the customer. I took this option as felt it was best. Jay delivered the bed settee. Dismantled it and built it up within 30 minutes. Great service. The store were good to resolve my situation

The sofa and chairs are lovely and was and was kept informed the delivery went well and the men provided a good service the only down side to this purchase is you did not take the old suite away and I am having to take a day off for this to dr collected and disposed of
