Sounded promising initially but after penciling in a date for my boiler to be inspected due to it losing pressure they failed to turn up or contact me - I tried calling and texting them but got completely ignored. A shame really as if they didn’t want the job they only had to let me know

We are very sorry. We did try and call you to let you know we would be late as our work demand has increased dramatically and jobs are taking longer. Unfortunately we also never got an answer.

We tend not to answer calls when we are with customers as it is their time they are paying for and I am sure likewise you would not like it if we were on the phone whilst serving you.

We apologise for any inconvenience and upset. It has caused. We have not seen any missed calls or texts. If you can let us know when you had called and text. We will check this out.

Aggressive attitude

Based on an experience with the driver of vehicle YR11 FRZ from this company on 26/11/25 at around 8pm, the driver was extremely aggressive and made me feel very unsafe. Following at a safe distance, I also witnessed this completely unnecessary aggressive behaviour to other drivers. If the service provided is anything like the attitude and obvious anger management issues shown through this driving, then in my opinion I would strongly advise avoiding using this company at all costs.

This is not the level of professionalism I would expect from someone driving a sign written van. I hope the company takes steps to address this.

Can you explain a little bit more please? You dont say where, when or in what way?

You mean between the Range and Halfords.

Well, to put you straight. Before parking there, I spoke to both managers and explained due to it being dark and the long wheel base of the vehicle protruding from a normal car bay. There could be an accident. They agreed and said I could park in one of the several disabled slots which were not being used, on the proviso that I move it if a Diasbled person needed it. Which I agreed. This was taken after due care and consideration for other road users and pedestraians. So you have not got your facts right. You have made an assumption which is totally wrong. It also has nothing to do with our work. But thank you.

I hope Grundons dont get the same negative feed back on their drivers and vehicles.

No but a Blue badge does. I will pop in to show you.

Highly recommended

I have been using this company for a long time now. He services our boiler every year and does my plumbing and other gas works, and so does my daughter.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a gas engineer and heating company

removed an unused gas pipe

Adrian removed an unused gas pipe in my living room. I wanted it done before fitting new carpet and skirting. Adrian did the job promptly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Cannot fault Adrian. (Retro) Fitted a gas fire that we brought with us from our previous house (no one else was prepared to tackle the job): moved a boiler up into the roof space and has carried out annual inspections/services since.
He is courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Heartily recommended.

Excellent Gas Engineer.

We were struggling to find a gas engineer who did portable catering appliances. Adrian was recommended by another professional who gave us his number. Adrian was extremely prompt with his communication, he is reliable, knowledgeable and very friendly. He also gave us lots of important advice going forward. I would highly recommend him.

Adrian is fantastic

Adrian is fantastic. He’s so friendly and lovely and is incredibly knowledgeable. He’s been twice to my place of work and both times has sorted the issue so quickly and efficiently. I would 100% recommend My Gas Fitter. Everyone at work now has his card for our home boilers!

Great Company and Engineer

Had a pleasant experience with Adrian.
He came out and fixed two outside taps for me and replaced the pipework on another job.
I would thoroughly recommend him as he was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He was also the cheapest quote I received. It shows that quality and good workmanship does not always come at a price.

Amazing service!

Adrian was fantastic for us last night during an emergency boiler issue! He is extremely genuine and a really nice guy. He came out to us on a Sunday evening at 8pm and fixed our problem within half an hour! He was really informative and good at explaining the issue and what to do if it ever happened again! We cannot thank him enough. 5 star service. Would recommend to all family and friends and would 100 % use again.
