Review of Vets Now

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Used emergency service on 1st Jan

Used emergency service on 1st Jan. Dog needed anaesthetic and wound stitched. Procedure took 15mins Was told would be 45-1hr30 to take into account other emergencies. Actually had dog 4hrs even tho only 15min procedure and 15min check ok after. Charged just under £1000. Vets processed claim direct with insurance. No reply to calls or emails. First contact from billing early Feb saying invoice outstanding. Billing could do nothing about admin. Claim eventually with my insurance 2nd week of Feb. Over-priced, Admin a joke. Customer service non existent. Worse still no choice as they own the local vets so are only option. Making me seriously consider looking for new vet. Apparently have moved admin to Scotland and reduced from a team of over 50 down to 5. All about the profit no concern for pet or owner.

Review of MGF Facilities Management Services (My Gas Fitter)

Great Company and Engineer

Had a pleasant experience with Adrian.
He came out and fixed two outside taps for me and replaced the pipework on another job.
I would thoroughly recommend him as he was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He was also the cheapest quote I received. It shows that quality and good workmanship does not always come at a price.
Thank you.
