Easy to navigate website and easy to order. This is my first order with Willpowders although I have been aware of them for a while. I pre ordered the G-Help! and it arrived last week. It tastes absolutely delicious, like a medicinal homemade cold and flu hot drink, full of ginger and lemon but with the added benefit of all the vitamins and minerals. It hasn’t been a week yet so I can’t comment on whether the supplement has made a huge difference to my health but I’m very pleased so far, thank you. Will be reordering and trying other products as well.

This is the first time I have ordered from Passenger and it certainly won’t be the last. The website is easy to use and the shipping is super fast. I love the fact they plant a tree with every order. I am absolutely THRILLED with my changing robe, it’s simply beautiful and looks way more expensive than it is. I look forward to wearing it and I have friends who have purchased after seeing mine.

This tattoo studio has such a beautiful and welcoming vibe. All the tattoo artists who work here are incredibly talented. I have had 3 tattoos by the amazing Zoe over the last few months and absolutely love them all so much. She is a perfectionist and an incredible artist, not to mention one of the loveliest people I have ever met. Do not hesitate to go to this tattoo studio if you are unsure, they will welcome you with open arms no matter how small (or big!) a tattoo you want. No judgement, just collaboration and fun.

Everyman took over our local boutique cinema just before Christmas. We were pleased as we had been to an Everyman in the past and loved it. I purchased a gift membership for my husband which is where the nightmare begins. Firstly, in spite of me ordering it 10 days before Christmas, it only arrived on Christmas Eve. Then when we tried to activate it online, it wouldn’t let us. So we took it into the cinema (as it had suggested in the FAQ’s) where they couldn’t activate it either. The person helping us said she would contact head office and get it sorted. She said we would hear from them in a few days. Nope. I chased it with a phone call 2 weeks later. The girl on the end of the phone found that she couldn’t active it either but also that the system was down so she couldn’t do anything about it. Then over the next month I have been trying to get someone to help. I have emailed and phoned and also complained. I then receive an email this morning that simply says ‘I have tried the membership online and it works’ (even though we had tried a few days before and it still didn’t work. So they have obviously now activated the membership number and emailed me seemingly suggesting it worked all along and it was just user error. I have never come across such bad customer service in my life. We haven’t been able to use a membership for 6 weeks with no apology at all from Everyman. Such a shame because we loved our cinema when it was a Tivoli but we won’t be going now it’s been taken over by this useless gaslighting company.

Fantastic service from openreach. We were kept informed every step of the way and given clear instructions and info on what would happen on the day. The engineer Thomas was brilliant. Very polite and professional and again, talked us through everything that was happening. Very please with the service.

I bought the men’s grooming advent calendar for my husband as a surprise for December. It arrived yesterday and he greeted it at the door. This wouldn’t have been a problem had it not had MEN’S ADVENT 2023 emblazoned on the box. Surprise ruined. I’m sure the box is great but I’m so disappointed that there won’t be a surprise for him this year. Please be mindful that these things are gifts and even when they aren’t, we don’t want the contents advertised on the box.

Awful awful awful company! Paid for next day delivery 2 weeks ago and still no nearer to getting my parcel. Customer service constantly fob you off with company lines and say they can’t refund or get hold of the courier. Absolute fraudsters. This company needs to be held accountable and closed down. An absolute shambles.

Fantastic website and beautiful sunglasses! I discovered HEWI from an eBay purchase when I bought a bag that the seller had got from here and then never used. She had kept it in the HEWI wrapping, and I was really impressed with the presentation and the card that said it had been certified as authentic. The Marc Jacobs sunglasses were my first (of many I’m sure) purchases from HEWI and I am thrilled with them. They are beautiful and never been used. This is now my favourite website for pre loved items! Thank you so much.
