There could be an accident. They agreed and said I could park in one of the several disabled slots which were not being used, on the proviso that I move it if a Diasbled person needed it. Which I agreed. This was taken after due care and consideration for other road users and pedestraians. So you have not got your facts right. You have made an assumption which is totally wrong.
