Love my sofa is the most professional company I’ve ever come across. With the owner being such a young beautiful polite lady she makes you feel very comfortable and guides you with also her thoughts of opinions. Many other company’s give you what ever take your money. I would never go anywhere else. I have recommend friends and family to this company and will continue to do so. Thank you for the lovely furniture I am amazed at the quality. Xx

I have for many months being following them on social media, after debating I wanted to order a sofa from Love My Sofa. We organised an appointment in which unfortunately I was not able to attend. I tried then ringing to penalise another appointment and emailed multiple times to which I never got a response. I then tried commenting on social media posts to try and get a response and still nothing. In the end I have ordered from another company who actually bothered to reply.

I have heard from multiple people they will just take your money and not even deliver the furniture!

Waste of Time
Purchased a corner sofa and footstool nearly a year ago for £500 with delivery
Got told 3 different dates, never replied to messages, phone calls or texts. Kept up the conversation until i paid then stopped communicating as soon as she had the money.

Tagged love my sofa and got my friends to share my post about them not replying just to get an answer. I then got accused of ‘slander’ all because i wanted to know what was happening with what i paid for.

Finally the sofa arrived, but only the sofa. Not the footstool we paid for with it. Turned out it was also the wrong corner. At this point i didnt care. I contacted her AGAIN about the footstool and got told it would be the week after it would be delivered.. never turned up. I had to repeatedly ring to then get told it would be the evening time during the week.

In the end we waited up until 3am for it to finally turn up. Not long had my daughter who was only 8 weeks old at the time and i had an emergency c-section that went terribly wrong, while i was also trying to get back to university. Having all this trouble was an absolute joke.

People are stupid enough to buy from her. Ive seen reviews and comments where she has taken money and not sent out the products.

To be honest i would have rather have been scammed and saved up the money to buy elsewhere. Footstool has a diamond missing, the feet on the stool have came off. The left arm on the sofa, the wood is bowing. And the cushions?! They couldnt even be bothered to put a proper insert in! Half is cushion half is filling. COMPLETELY OUT OF SHAPE!

The sofa arrived and was of high quality. They sell really nice pieces of furniture and I shall be ordering again. Thankyou x

Friendly professional service - good quality and great value for money!

Paid 500 deposit 7 months ago and was told there was a small delay and my order would be 12 weeks. Tired to phone email and ended up going to the shop this week as a last resort only to find it empty and closed? Asked another shop if they knew what had happened? As the shop is still listed on their Facebook page? Was told they had been stopped trading by local trading standards.
I can't afford to lose £500 pounds as I unable to work due to poor health and classified as disabled and currently have no furniture in my front room.
I can't believe what I've since read about this company and now see im one of many .

This is an honest review of lms. We ordered from the showroom beginning of November. After a few weeks my partner began to read all the terrible reviews. So I went back to the shop to get reassurance . Adam who worked for lms assured us we would have no problem . After weeks of trying to contact about a delivery date I rang my bank . They could do nothing because they had no money in the account. In the mean time we were given a delivery date . I took a day off work , got rid of all our furniture . The day of delivery maddison emailed saying she had no delivery guy . So I asked where the furniture was and I would pick it up myself . I was told it was in Birmingham!!. A lie!! . It was rearranged for Monday evening . We recieved a call off the drivers saying all they had was a 3 and 2 seater settees. No footstool. No corner suite and no swivel chair. The driver was told to say they wouldn't fit on and they had ripped the corner suite . All lies !! They weren't made !!!. The settees had no feet ,no studding . The cushions didn't fit . Etc etc . We found out the driver was actually the owner of a company who make her settees. 5 a day we were told he made . Not bespoke. He was very helpful . So we dealt with him only from what he had told us . She told us s lot of lies about where they was made and he only made the odd piece for lms. All lies !!! . We paid him a bit of money to sort everything out . Without him we would of been in the same position as everyone else . Out of pocket and no furniture . 2100 we paid and he was paid 750 for all our furniture . Maddison needs to start being honest with people . Don't give delivery dates if you can't meet them . Stop lying and start being truthfull. I could say a lot more but I won't . This is my review and hope things get resolved with other customers of lms.

was difficult to get hold of anyone to order
when I finally did it was simple enough and cheap

delivery proved difficult and was messed around . ordered and chasing . contact had gone on holiday but failed to say delivery wasn't happening

ordered 3 beds . one headboard made wrong with crystals didn't ask for them . head board legs difficult to put on as not aligned properly

single bed was a pre made bed that had fabric placed over stapling in the drawers

king size bed had nails hanging out and scratched brand new floor

tried to get headboard changed not a chance
had to request bed legs and headboard screws

I'm not sure if any other workers are legal or the beds are covered under fire regulations

Amazing sofa highly recommended. Customer service 5 star ***** delivery guys really helpful and genuine! Will defiantly be ordering my next sofa or other items from this company. The staff are fab!! Really helpful and give you plenty of time and choice to decide delivery was reasonably cheap as it was delivered from Manchester to Swansea. Can’t fault it! Washed covers several times and come up like new, due to a busy two year old.

The sofa eventually arrived at 11pm after being told 8 dates , it was the wrong colour and didn't look like what we ordered, it was smaller and really cheap looking and did not complement our home. After months of being ignored we just gave up and bought a decent one from furniture village and tried to give the other one to a charity shop but they wouldnt take as no safety tags or labels so ended up in the tip. . Not a professional way at all .
I wouldn't order again whatever the discount , you buy cheap you buy twice . Stay clear .

Maddison is so professional and delivered everything I ever wanted in my furniture. Its made me home complete!
The delivery lads are prompt, professional and so down to earth we had a right laugh trying to get it in.
Can't wait to design my next piece with you!!

Had my couch for over a year and still in immaculate condition. The fabric is gorgeous! Would happily order again from them. One happy customer x

My partner had viewed some lovely designs online from this company so i agreed we would place an order . We paid a large deposit and was assured we would recieve documentation of funds paid, order and a delivery date.
To this date we have recieved none of these , the order was placed 9 months ago and after many attempts to contact this business we have been left out of pocket and being ignored.
This is the worst customer service ive experienced and will never order over the internet again .

Love my sofa, it’s amazing! So cosy I fall asleep most nights on it.
I actually prefer it to my bed.
So many compliments too!

Would highly recommend and have recommended to many of friends and clients!

A year ago today I found the sofa of my dreams, silver crushed velvet corner sofa along side an amazing deal with the swivel chair and footstool almost to good to be true. Message them and they got back to me with colours and prices almost straight away. was always happy to help whenever I asked questions. Delivery was earlier then expected even better. Overall amazing service. Always recommending when anyone asked about it!!

Had these sofas for a year now and they are still as good as new love them and I receive so many compliments best sofas iv had would deffo recommend 😊
