Vilgain peanut butter arrived as a liquid
I ordered a kilo of Vilgain Organic Smooth peanut butter and when it arrived yesterday I was very disappointed to see that it was so liquidy that I could pour the entire contents into glasses and the container would be instantly empty. I have never seen peanut butter of this consistency and it is much more like a drink. I am used to a kilo of peanut butter arriving with a little bit of oil at the top and a more solid consistency at the bottom. The first thing I always do before using, is to mix all up. But this consistency is unlike anything else I’ve ever come across.
I contacted Vilgain and was very surprised to hear that they are directing me to speak to Amazon as I ordered through them.
Unless they’re claiming that the way that Amazon have stored their product (although I can’t imagine the way the product was stored would turn peanut butter into a liquid), I don’t understand how a company would risk their reputation for the quality of their products by asking me to speak to the company who deliver as opposed to the company responsible for making the product.
If I hear back from Vilgain with a positive response (maybe it was a bad batch that hadn’t been checked properly), I will of course be happy to update this review as good customer service makes all the difference when a problem is encountered and I like to acknowledge a good service when this is what I encounter.
Has anyone else experienced a dysfunctional peanut butter from this brand before? It’s too thin to spread on toast and too thin to use in the recipe I ordered it for and it’s left me without a crucial ingredient that I needed for this morning.
Trusting that a good response can come through as soon as possible.

Hi,
I was recently looking for good quality, certified creatine. Then, quite by accident, I discovered the Vilgain brand. I decided to try their creatine and multivitamin for men, which turned out to be a very good move on my part. Vilgain products are very high quality; after about 30 days of use, I can honestly say they are the best products I've ever used, and believe me, I've used a lot. Regarding dosage, I combine creatine with vitamins in the morning after my first meal (3 multivitamin tablets, about 5g of creatine), and the effect is definitely noticeable, and side effects like minor rashes or stomach problems are completely absent, which unfortunately happened with products from other brands. A big round of applause also goes to the store's staff, who are top-notch :) Best regards

Fast delivery and well-secured packaging. I fell in love with the hazelnut spread! It has a perfect texture -smooth with a nice crunch - and tastes completely natural. The protein powder is great, too. I really appreciate that this producer supports grass-fed cows; it feels like a much more ethical choice compared to the standard dairy industry
