Love my sofa 

DON'T BUY FROM LOVE MY SOFA. My mum had lots of illnesses bad kidneys, bad heart and arthritis so she couldn't get out a lot. So she decided to do here living room up and decided to save up for a sofa she fell in love with. After months of saving enough money to buy the sofa so decided to paid love my sofa a large deposit leaving only £100 to pay on delivery. Feeling proud of here self and excited sge wpuld tell everone and anyone who would lisen. After months of waiting for her sofa she messaged them getting one excuse after another. My bank has blocked me the delete company is on its way. They couldn't find you're address, the delivery company let me down so I'm getting a new company. My mum being one not to complain she excepted ever lie and waited more months. Then after 8 months I felt so up set for her. I started to complain to them has I felt that they were taking the fool out of my mum. But ever complain I put on there page they took it down and every message they come up with an excuse. In till they stopped answering messages. Then one day we went back on the page to find they had blocked us and we couldn't message them. That upset my mum so much she was under a lot of stress from them. She died just after Christmas and it brakes my heart thinking her last month's with us she was robbed of her money under a lot of stress and never did get her living room done. I have gone to the police about love my sofa and they said a lot of people have complained about them. So I'm hoping that they will be done for what they have done to my mother and every other person they have conned. PS I have looked at the reviews that have been left for love my sofa and they is quite a few good reviews. PLEASE don't be fooled by a lot of them has they seam fake always a good feed back after a bad and also a lot of good feed back on the same day? and a few have used the same name but diffrent second name and on the same day? Bit odd and not once have love my sofa got back to any of the good feed back. But all the bad they have commented back to them saying fake feed back from company's trying to get there customs or this is a fake feed back. Or some other excuse. PLEASE don't be fooled by this has it seams they are.trying to cover there back. SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I'm putting this review has I've been robbed by this so called busness. I paid them a deposit and didn't receive my sofa. I hope no one else falls for there page thinking it looks all ligit and pay a deposit thinking there getting a sofa. Has they take off all the complaints and unhappy people off there page so you can't see what people are complaining about. Also I should have known something was wrong when there was no feed back option has all good company's has a feed back option. I have had to go to the doctors because of all the stress these people have put me through. Now I'm on tablets for all sorts of problem because of love my sofa

Ordered a sofa and footstool from this company around 6 months ago, within the first month the sofa had lost all its shape and the diamontes in the footstool all fell out, the quality is so poor and I would recommend you going else where to buy a sofa so you know it's gonna last and get what you're paying for! such a shame as it was such a lovely sofa, but it's all just fell apart completely within the 6 months and Iv had to order a new one already from else where!! Really disappointed will not be using love my sofa again!

Love my sofa were fantastic. It's the material. THE MATERIAL is so nice on my skin. The colour was perfection. It's as if they can read your mind!! Unbelievable!! I won't be shopping anywhere else ever again. Thank you Love my Sofa!

Love being ignored?

I have never come across a company with such a lack of customer service especially in the modern climate. Before my review is called ‘fake’ or my order is ‘questioned’ let me tell you if you wish to find out more from me I can show you the very poor invoice that was sent to me which was created on Apple pages.

I started to worry when there was no confirmation received regarding my order, after several chases this was confirmed.

Several weeks of chasing, moved into a new home only to be waiting on one item... the sofa.

The merchant then got in contact with myself and I asked to pay on credit card, which the instant reply was ‘if your going to charge us back we will report this’ afterwards I clarified I was offering to pay via protected means rather than bank transfer which is unprotected.

We arranged a call in which, three times was let down, never have I come across a merchant that you have to chase to take money off you.

You will see from my order history and review history since this episode, I have to order a sofa elsewhere and I continue to wait for a sofa.

This merchant has failed on their promises and broke their own terms of service any normal company/merchant will hold their hands up and return the payment.

Hyprocracy manifest.

If you do decide to roll the dice with this company make sure you use a credit card or pay through PayPal, if not you are in for an anxious and stressful journey.

Best sofa I have ever bought! I chose my own fabric, width, depth and everything! Just ordered a new bed from these guys too 👌🏽

Absolutely amazing company! Me and my neighbour have ordered from here and both sets are beautiful and so much nicer in person 😍 from delivery to the amazing customer service! Nobody does it better than Love My Sofa. Highly recommend.

Don't be fooled by this company like I was. The Facebook page is full with positive comments but that's only because Madison removes all the negative ones. I had a dreadful experience with this company. There products are not fit for a wild animal let alone you and your children. I waited 4 months for a sofa that was supposed to arrive withing 6-9 weeks. It arrived only for it to have no feet. Gaps the size of a house brick in the cushions. The clips to connect the sofa didn't line up, they were out by over 15cm! There was no foam on the sofa bed, causing one half of the sofa to be 3 inches lower than the rest. Safe to say I couldn't even use the sofa. After another 2 weeks of battling I was promised another sofa. Can I just add that my chosen original colour was champagne. The new sofa that arrived was white!! Nails hanging out the back of it and rips in the zips of the cushions. I demanded that i have my money transferred back straight away, which after a phone call full of Madison and her husband throwing insults and threats about, they did. I was left with no sofa and no bed. Then the auntie Michelle rang and said if I kept the sofa I could have it for £350 (with all the issues it had, this was all it was worth anyway!) And use the rest of the money to correct the problems. After almost 8 months waiting for a sofa and a bed I took this option as I wanted to be as far away from this company, and the vile duo that is Madison and Fabio, as I possibly could. The husband then rang and tried to get me to say I was happy with the sofa because I had accepted it, they had me on record! They new they hadn't a leg to stand on. I told them, I'm not happy with the sofa and that I will be taking it further. I had them threatening, throwing insults. Accusing me of causing them to nearly crash because I text and asked where my sofa was. Accused of making her kids poorly because I was causing her stress. Accused of being jealous of her life and money. And told that I had no idea how hard her life was when she was young, because she has no family. I've heard it all!! Just a warning to anyone even thinking about it, avoid this company like the plague. No doubt Madison herself will comeback with something on here trying to be clever and call me out. I have all the evidence needed. Action fraud and trading standards have it all. And I hope one day that this company gets shut down for taking innocent peoples hard earned money and providing shoddy goods. Love my sofa is the biggest fraudulent company I have ever come across. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! And yes, before you try it Madison, I am a real person, I've had a REAL experience with your company, and this is a REAL and very TRUTHFUL review. So don't try and convince yourself it's not, for your own vanity. I can't fathom how your even still trading.LOVE MY SOFA IS THE WORST COMPANY TRADING, TO THIS DAY!!!

I Bought and designed my sofa 4 months ago with Fabian, the range was amazing it was the exact colour, size and fabric I had in mind.
The sofa came exactly like I imagined , stunning I sink into the cushions which is just what a need after a long day at work
I would defiantly recommend “Love My Sofa” to friends and family in the future

Received my sofa and it’s absolutely beautiful in the lustro fabric and a chesterfield design it looks worth so much more than what we paid & Maddison gave us great communication from start to finish with excellent customer service when a issue arose it was rectified promptly. I would recommend love my sofa to anybody thank you so much !!!

I bought sofa from this love my sofa, the sofa is very good condition and comforable.

Avoid at all costs. They are absolutely horrendous!!!!!!!!!! Ordered in September and all our order isn’t even here yet.
You have to contact them for any update and only with huge persistence you actually get a sentence out of them. They haven’t even completed our order and aren’t even responding to messages now.
Turned up at 11:30pm to deliver our sofa in December, this was only part of our order, then delivery of a bed in January was wrong size and 2 other items paid for in September aren’t even coming. Cheers LMS! The 5 star reviews are all fake, they put them on themselves. Don’t believe anything they say because they will be on here in a minute saying im fake and I’m writing a fake review. Trust me please, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
The stuff is nice to look at, don’t get me wrong, but it’s not comfy just looks the part. Bed was a mess to be fair but was wrong size anyway and all they could say was “don’t you want it then?” When we messaged them. They are laughable at how bad they are it’s mental how they are still trading!
I am here editing this now to respond to the laughable reply which I said they’d do. Haha. The order is in my partners name and they blocked my on Facebook as I was commenting on their page asking to contact me! Leave a bad review and theyll delete it. Look at their pictures and see how many comments it says there is, then count the comments and the numbers will not match! I haven’t once tried to review until now. I run my own business and have 2 kids, I am not some sad weirdo who puts bad reviews to destroy people.
There is a group on Facebook which they cannot delete or respond to reviews! It’s called “love my sofa- avoid at all costs” do your research and don’t be a mug like I was!!!!

I can’t look at your page as you’ve blocked me for keep asking for our stuff on your page! We were over the moon when the sofa turned up so millie was happy, who wouldn’t be after 3 months of waiting???!!! Why don’t you put up my messages that we exchanged???????? Plus we were still owed a bed, an ottoman and a lamp so we had to be polite! Readers please believe the negative reviews. Who has the same amount of negative reviews as they do positive and thinks their company is amazing. Think about it.

Also, I had to sell the DOUBLE bed for £100 which isn’t even half of what I paid for it. It was for my 3 year old so needed the single which we were waiting since September for and it turned up in January! It was stuck in my hallway and had no where to put it so needed to go ASAP and communication is a nightmare with them. It took 4 months to turn up so as you can imagine I was not going to wait for it to be picked up and changed and wait another 4 months !!! My little girl was looking forward to having a new bed but don’t worry we’ve got her one now thanks, from a decent company 👍🏻

Absolutely love my new sofa. Maddison was so friendly and professional, knew exactly the look I was aiming for and went above and beyond my expectations plus the price was fantastic. Will recommend love my sofa to all my family and friends. Amazing company with a personal feel.

From choosing the fabrics to the perfect sofa, the staff were excellent and created my perfect piece and it was made to measure, delivered when they said it would be and fitted in to my lounge without any mess left. Thank you for such an excellent experience from start to finish. Recommended you guys to family and friends. Thank you for everything. Makes it better it’s a family business and you get that personal touch.
