I’m horrified by this 3 seater sofa!
So much so I received it yesterday and I’m still too shocked to put my review into words!
It’s absolutely gorgeous but absolutely stone cold solid! The soft is implied by the name sofa and what I received is almost identical in density to a marble statue of reflective of a sofa. I’m ill I have serious issues with my spine and other medical conditions and I’m in so much pain already!
I’m looking for advice on how to get this company to understand the severity of this situation and help me get the best possible outcome for returning this and without her wanting to deduct me for wanting to return this. She says it’s in the terms and agreement but what’s about our rights as customers who have been affected by this company please contact me if you have anything whatsoever that will help me with my case!

I bought my sofa here because the service was informative. I came to the showroom expecting to use a fabric I had chosen in a ROMA book. However, the seller's experience and knowledge warned me that the fabric would fade as it was not UV-protected. The seller then guided me to a better choice, almost the same fabric. This expertise is the reason this company won my trust and approval. Delivery was on time and efficiently, good communication.

Do not buy from this company. Avoid at all costs. Have delivered the wrong sofa to me & also ordered a stool with my order. Have been promising to correct the mistake for 3 weeks and still no better. Have been told they sent it out on carrier 7 days ago and when I finally got the tracking number from them, spoken to the carrier it had never been sent out. Have literally rang them over 20 times and never had a call back even though they promise every time. Would never recommend

Hi Maddison, I note your response to my communication on Review Pilot however I am disappointed to note that you have said you have tried to contact me when clearly you have not. After speaking to a Barrister regarding the case and in order to try and resolve the matter as amicably as possible and without having to re-instruct the Bailiffs or going down the route of applying for a Third Party Debt Order in order to facilitate recovery of my money as clearly a new sofa is not going to materialise and despite promises of a new sofa etc. have not amounted to anything except false hope I am prepared to accept £1,000 and for you to collect the faulted sofa I currently have. This is less than the amount claimed on the N1 Claim Form and if you agree then I will inform the Court that you have paid in full and that the debt has been satisfied and also remove negative feedback on Trust Pilot. This is offer is as stated to resolve the matter and therefore I am not prepared to enter in to any discussions or correspondence regarding a replacement sofa as the matter has gone on long enough and I therefore would be grateful if you could reply with either your agreement and I will give you details of my bank account or Paypal account or if you wish to reject the offer then I will pursue the matter to its full potential. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact you but appear to be blocked using the ways I had contacted you earlier and you have not replied via my email through your customer services portal on your website. I am having to post here via my mam in the hope that you will respond to resolve this matter.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I wish I had read the hundreds of negative reviews before I ordered my sofa back in May. Amy Linton processed my order and continuously ignored my emails once she had received payment (which was nearly 2.5k!). I was told delivery would be within 6-12 weeks however I didn’t receive the sofas until 20 weeks later. I received a phone call towards the end of September from Maddison who bad-mouthed her colleague Amy and told me (very unprofessionally) that Amy was stealing customers money and my order hadn’t been passed on to the factory for production. Maddison assured me that I would receive exceptional service going forward and she gave me her word that I would receive the sofas by the end of the week. The week passed and the sofas hadn’t arrived. I repeatedly tried to call and text Maddison and her colleague Nathan, with no response. We were then told that the sofas would be delivered on 30th September and received a phone call from Nathan on that afternoon to say that the delivery driver had received a driving ban and so our sofas wouldn’t be arriving today. Our delivery finally arrived 3 days later (at 10pm!) and one of the sofas was the wrong size (5ft instead of 5.5ft). The cushions I had ordered were also not delivered and I was told that they would be sent out to me in the post. I had paid £80 for 4 cushions and the money was refunded to me by Amy as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ for having received such terrible service.
After delivery I asked Nathan to refund me £69 for the difference in price between the 5ft and 5.5ft sofa. I didn’t bother asking for a new sofa as I knew I would be wasting my breath. Nathan assured me that I would receive the refund and the cushions I had ordered. After several failed attempts of chasing Nathan for the refund and cushions, I text Maddison who told me (and I quote) “I definitely will not be making a refund plus giving you free cushions”. Maddison also went on to say that “I’m not speaking to you in any way. I’m in a very bad financial situation. You wouldn’t have a clue what’s going on in my life. I’m not spending £200 on cushions as well as a £69 refund and I think you are being unreasonable demanding that”. I found this comical given that Maddison openly posts on her social media page photos of expensive cars, shoes and even bum implants!! I certainly wouldn’t be spending money on such luxuries if I was “in a very bad financial situation”. I then told Maddison that I will be leaving a bad review and that she should be ashamed of the way she treats to and speaks to her customers. I was then accused of blackmail. I have received a refund of £69 which is laughable considering that they delivered the wrong size sofa. And of course, no apology.
Maddison is extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend her company to my worst enemy! The stress that we have experienced over the last 4 and a half months has not been worth it and I really wish I had listened to the negative reviews beforehand.
Honestly, if you’re considering ordering a sofa with them – DON’T DO IT! The fact that there are so many negative reviews and an Instagram page created in February 2018 for wronged customers speaks volumes (@love_my_sofa_truth_). Love my Sofa are by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, their work ethic and behaviour towards customers is unacceptable. If you’re a potential customer, please don’t make the same mistake I did.
From reading Maddison’s response to previous reviews, I’m totally expecting her to respond and say that my review is lies and I am being completely unreasonable. However we can’t all be lying can we, Maddison?

Useless customer services. 6-12 week order, currently on week 14 and can’t get hold of them, they’re ignoring all communication on all formats - not even answering the phone (I assume they have caller ID and don’t answer to disgruntled customers) no images of sofa given, feel like I’ve given this s****y company a 3k loan for 4 months with no interest - heck gets you to thinking do they even exist? Do they actually make sofas or are they doing enough people over in this way to create a pretty amazing cash flow to live off!!

Ok, I have never actually bought from you so I cannot comment on quality of items. I was considering visiting you for a new bed but I thought I would check out reviews first (As I do for all big purchases) and the way you speak to customers who have left negative reviews is atrocious. Resorting to calling people liars and saying they are 'fake'? That is shocking and not how you should run a business at all. I will now be ordering my bed elsewhere and it looks as though I have dodged a bullet.

Absolute joke of a company!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! Ordered a sofa back in October 2017 only for it to arrive in November and when it did the quality was a absolutely shocking! I can’t believe they would actually send out a sofa that was so poor quality!! There was staples all around the sofa which is a hazard to my baby! I ordered all studding and chrome legs which where no where to be seen! The back of my sofa didn’t even line up it was a complete mess!! I contacted love my sofa soon as I assembled it and realised how poor the sofa was! Spoke with Maddison the owner which she confirmed they would make me a brand new sofa and I should receive it just after Christmas! Well January came and still no sofa! Contacted love my sofa numerous times only to be blanked and told a bunch of lies! March then came and I was told it was finally finished and would be delivered! Again still no sofa! And was told another bunch of lies! Since then I have been fobbed off, all Maddison has done is lie and give me false promises! She actually called me to apologise and said the sofa wasn’t even finished but had been made a priority!! I am now in September 2018 and I have still not received the sofa I paid for which is an absolute joke! I have contacted them for nearly a year now only to be told lie after lie! The whole experience has been draining and stressful! I have recently just had a baby and they made my pregnancy so stressful! All I want is a sofa which I paid for!!! I even messaged Maddison to say give me a part refund just so I could put all this behind me, and once again was blanked!! I have so many messages of my phn it’s ridiculous! Please do not waste your money or time ordering anything from this company! I really don’t know how you haven’t been shut down as am not the only one who has been robbed!!!!

Bought four sofas for a development I’m doing and I’m so happy with the quality and the service I received.
Honestly I can’t say one bad thing. Sofas were on time. The team listened to what I wanted to create. The sofas were better than I could have imagined and my clients were very happy. It was a very professional service with no hassle. Would definitely recommend. A lot cheaper than other bespoke companies also which is always a bonus

Due to me working awkward week day shifts i figured it would be hard to have my beautiful sofa delivered to me,however Madison worked around me fantastically delivering my sofa out of business hours and i couldn't be any more grateful if i tried!
I received regular messages from members of staff informing me where the sofa was up to and even has a few pictures sent to me making sure everything was looking how i wanted it to.

Honestly I don't think I could've found a better bespoke company! They ended up delivering the sofa right when they said they would and I am very pleased with the quality of the sofa. It also doesn't attract much cat hair, like previous sofas have so Alfred and I are very pleased with that. My son bought this sofa for me and he's extremely happy with this purchase as it is very good quality for the price.
In the future, he will also be buying a few sofas from here for his own house. Would recommend to anyone interested in buying a new sofa.

Took a little longer for my sofas to be delivered than expected but the quality is absolutely amazing! The staff are amazing.... Nathan helped me through every single step and kept me informed where we were up to at all times. They invited me to the factory to see my kids sofa actually being made in front of my own eyes which I thought was extremely thoughtful of them. They showed me the ins and outs of everything of how it was made etc. You don’t get this anywhere else and wouldn’t get this elsewhere. My use of 4 stars is ONLY because it took a week longer for my fabric to come into the factory and us having to wait that for time. I would highly recommend this company. If other companies worked how these guys do then this country would be such a better place x

Just had my sofa delivered, struggle to get it through front door but the staff was so helpful and assured me if any damage was done to the sofa becuse of the tight gap it would be fixed or replaced for free , couldn’t be happier :)
