My experience with this company has been concerning. From the outset, they have been involved in unlawful activities and have attempted to exert control by restricting access to their substandard service.

I have had to temporarily rent a property and in doing so I encountered ‘wise living’. The agents lack the necessary expertise and have caused me respiratory issues due to damp and mould. Consequently, I have been forced to issue a claim, which is a legal requirement to get justice.

Unfortunately, the legal representatives for the letting company have not acted in one’s bests interest. They have limited my communication by acting as though I am the problem. This is because they cannot defend my claim against another service acting outside their remit.

I have been unable to submit my review on Google via wise living, which is unusual given I’m a public figure and theirs nothing wrong with the review.

I am well-known however the company seemed to be aware of my identity without giving them that information first.

Really good and friendly people, called me and, considering even a slight technical hitch, more than halved my internet bill! Thanks!
