I had a query that needed to be resolved within a tight timeframe, and Lizzy responded promptly with clear, helpful information. She also provided an image illustrating what I needed to do, which was extremely useful. I really appreciated her quick response and the practical guidance she provided.

1. Onerous checks, why do you need to see all my banking transactions. Should be optional.
2. Creepy handoff to AnyVan AI voice agent who calls you instantly, then hound you with a human an email.
3. Request for references had incorrect details.
4. Promise to follow up in 2 hours not true.

Not very quick to respond to enquires or quick to respond to outstanding actions
Process is not very clear either and probably more difficult than it needs to be

Firstly, the very minute I registered, I started getting inundated with calls from removals companies. They've even sent a letter to my house.
I did not agree to you selling off my personal data like that and strongly object to it.
On top of that, the whole process was needlessly protracted. It took over a week to get through because you wouldn't accept that my accountant is an accountant, only because of the fact his emails come from a non-business email address.

I started your application process to act as guarantor for a student, there were 8 section to fill?! Even at the first stage, I found your questions excessively intrusive. Discovering that the process extends to 8 stages only increased my concern about how much personal information you intend to collect.
I understand the need to establish that a guarantor has the financial means to meet their obligations. However, I am not applying for a loan or seeking to rent the property myself. Please explain, specifically, why my marital status is relevant to assessing my ability to act as guarantor, so what are you going to ask me in step 2 till 8? How many time do I go to toilet a day?
But little investigation led me to believe that this another shamble, this company has relation with another one which offers the option to use “Professional Guarantor service” cost around £££/month???? 😊. They scaremonger you by sending an email below
We understand this is a big commitment — being a guarantor means you’d be legally responsible for any unpaid rent or damage on the tenancy, even if “tenant” pays their share in full. It’s important you’re completely comfortable with this before proceeding.
Then they say: Your Options
If you’re not comfortable taking on this legal responsibility, you can still help “tenant” secure the property by supporting an application to use The Lettings Hub’s Professional Guarantor service instead. 😊
I have a reason to believe that LettingHubs and other companies are creating a closed ecosystem that traps the renter. The Lettings Hub acts as the strict "bad cop" by rejecting your guarantor over minor technicalities and then points you right back to Legacie ("the good cop") to purchase the solution. It creates an artificial barrier where the only way to get the keys to the property is to hand over more money!!!!!

I've emailed them several times asking them to waive the cancellation fee and refund the premiums I've paid, as I moved out of the insured property over six months ago but continued paying monthly. However, I received repeated template emails that completely ignored my actual requests.
I understand that there are policy terms and procedures to follow, but I would expect a more personalised response, even if the answer is no. Instead, they have failed to directly address my requests or clearly tell me whether they are willing to consider them.

There was nothing good about this experience I filled in the same form 8 times and it never worked. It was slow and clunky, why can’t you upload a photo from your phone instead of using a. Camera
