I booked an oil and filter service at home. This was my first home service and it was such a great experience. Polite, tidy, considerate and hassle free.

Quick and easy to book. Ossie was on time and called to let me know he was here, and was really quick and efficient. Excellent service - really happy with my experience from start to finish! All done while I was at work!

I purchased 4 tyres from the Halfords website using my vehicle registration number. I purchased the cheapest recommended tyres from the list. I paid for them to be fitted on my drive. When the fitter turned up he advised me that the tyres were incorrect and as such he could not fit them. I explained that I had purchased them using my registration number and the only tyres listed for my car were commercial, but apparently that is incorrect. I spoke with customer service who agreed to rectify the situation and fit the correct tyres this Friday.
After recieving no correspondence I contacted them again to find out the customer service agent had not put the order through. They then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay another £261 for the correct tyres. I explained that under the consumer rights act and following on from the first call that they had a duty to supply and fit the correct tyres for the initial agreed price.
I am now in a waiting game to see if they will actually correct their mistakes.
And just to add. Please, please, please do not use Halfords for anything.

I booked a 2-tyre fitting service, and it was all completed in about 30 minutes. The technician is friendly and professional. The website is easy to use, and I was fully informed during the process.

The whole experience was easy, from booking my work on line to the engineer turning up and changing my car battery. It was also reasonably priced compared to others but that may be because it wasn't same day service.

I needed 2 tyres replaced. Halfords website was really easy and informative. Just had to enter my car index and they provided suggestions of tyres that would be suitable.
Having selected my tyres then went on to booking. No extra charge for them to come to me if I was happy with an 'all day' slot.
Plenty of updates via email and the only 'problem' on the day was the tracking was nit updated and I was not contacted when technician was on his way. It would have been perfect experience if that part of the process had worked.
Technician was polite and cheerful. Have already recommended this service

Great service. The guy who changed the battery also showed me how to reset the car to clear all the 'faults' that came up due the battery being disconnected and changed. Very good at what he does.

Website allowed for booking my car in for tyre replacement. When the technician arrived he said he couldn't do the work because of the wheels needing to be torqued and then left. Having the vehicle details beforehand Halfords should have known what to expect.

Good, very affordable price and relatively soon dates from booking. Maria was open with communication ringing me 45 minutes before the service to give me a heads up. Quick job good customer service!

New battery fitted. Engineer arrived on time and completed the work in minutes. Booking was easy and the engineer very professional and personable. I would certainly use again.
