Popped into store, with low pressure on my rear tyre and Joe nipped in to fix it there and then! Neil polished my scooter with wax cleaner and I sat with a cuppa through the whole process. Excellent customer service, and lovely cuppa!

Amazing shop and staff, Deborah was very helpful
Amazing, professional and very knowledgeable staff. Bought my mum a walking aid. Great to be able to try them out in the shop rather than just pick one online. We were shown a few different walkers and ended up buying a different one that we were originally going to buy because it felt better when actually trying.

Called into Eden mobility with my elderly mum to try electric wheelchairs. We were served by Ebony who was lovely and very helpful . Truly shocking customer service.
I bought an Eden supplied mobility scooter as a private sale from the family of the original purchaser. It was “as new” and still had all the original tags attached. It had been bought new from Eden Mobility, Scarborough last year.
I wanted to check if it remained under warranty and I intended to carry on using Eden for servicing and to see if I could buy an extended warranty and insurance through them. I called our local Eden shop in Scarborough to find out if it was still under warranty, having changed owners and when a service was due. I spoke to Lynette. Unfortunately, she could not find details of it on the system despite me giving the full address of the purchaser and the model details. She said she would put me through to the service department who might be able to help but the line then went dead.
So, I called the national telephone number (01724 700271) and got through to John. He was helpful at first and answered my first questions as to whether the warranty was transferable. He explained that it wasn’t. I wanted to know when I should arrange a service and if I could buy an extended warranty. He said that as I wasn’t the original purchaser they had no obligations to me and that I couldn’t book it in for a service. He said they were too busy to deal with people who were new customers. He said they had too many customers. His manner and tone became unnecessarily rude and abrupt. As my Mum and husband and some friends are also considering buying a mobility scooter, I asked if they were maintaining new ones, then? He asked why I was asking? A very strange and unhelpful attitude, I’m assuming because I wasn’t calling to buy a brand new product today.
Needless to say, we (myself and family and friends) will never be buying anything from Eden. If this is how they treat potential and new customers who wanted to give them business, they don’t deserve any business.
