I ordered replacement batteries for my Bootmaster Elite scooter on Thurs 17 Sep and was told delivery would be 3 to 5 days. It's now 11 days later and still no batteries. I rang on Frid 25 and was told to give it a few more days. What sort of service is this when I have been without my scooter for all this time?

i needed a walking stick and grabber…
i needed a walking stick and grabber and didnt know where to start and Max helped me with my walking stick which he adjusted for me and let me walk around the store to make sure it was the right one for me and he recommended the long grabber as well as i bend down to pick things off the floor,

Super Service and Quality delivery.
We visited the showroom to make initial enquiries and we felt extremely well looked after and the sales adviser couldn't do enough to help us. We arranged to have a couple of scooters delivered to test and were very pleased that we were able to do that within 2 days of visiting the store.
Neil arrived today with both scooters and was excellent as well. He explained both scooters and helped to contrast and compare the features of them both and demonstrated both scooters to us. We were able to purchase our preferred choice there and then. Again Neil was really helpful, being able to issue the receipts and complete the payment at our home. We were very impressed with the speed and quality of the service and would fully recommend Eden Mobility and particularly the Portsmouth store

Customer Service is poor
We purchased an Eden carbon light in June. The 1st delivery was faulty & another was sent a few days later. This only had 1 key & another was posted to us but couldn't be set to our scooter without an engineer. 2 have been out & still don't have the knowledge to do this.
Within a few days the scooter wheels were making a funny noice. The engineer visited & said it needed a new set of back wheels .. at almost £3,000 we shouldn't have had to deal with this.
Several months passed & dispite my repeated emails & calls to customer services we were still waiting for the new wheels.
No one in customer serivices lers you know what is happening & although I left a voicemail for the manager, she hasn't called me back.
Eventually another engineer was booked to fit the new wheels, but he arrived with only 1 & not the set required. He too could't sort the spare key.
Again I have emailed for an update & no one has replied.
DON'T BUY FROM TJIS COMPANY AS IF YOU FIND A PROBLEM THEY DO NOT SORT IT.
I'm now still trying to get a responce from them & we still have a faulty scooter.
