Black Label Grooming Reviews 

I’ve been using Blacklabel Grooming products for the last 2/3 years, the products themselves are amazing.

Until my most recent order I haven’t had any issues, I even placed an order on Black Friday and received it within a few days.

However, on 2nd Feb I placed an order for a single bottle of black mist. It arrived today, 2 months after placing the order!

They need to sort their manufacturing/delivery issues before I place any more orders.

Annoyed at myself for repurchasing as like all other reviews, take the money and until you chase them numerous of times you get a poor response which still keeps you waiting upto 6 weeks.

It’s a shame as the products are great quality! Even last year a message from a new CEO and team apologising and promising a better service going forward.

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order. 3 phonecalls and 3 emails. No response. I've asked for refund.

I still have no hair gel!

Awful company!
Avoid at all costs! Placed order months ago and still no goods. Contacted via FB and was told on several occasions they were being sent. Now they are just ignoring every message. Products were great but they have committed a crime by taking the money out my account and not offering any kind of refund or sending the goods.

Placed an order, their current status is ‘allow 72 hours for processing due to covid’ fair enough, absolutely but it’s been 1 week now. If you’re having issues just let your customers know, happy to wait because products are very good, but want some warning. Still not shipped a week later, I’m sure it will come but when..? Getting Fyre Festival vibes!

Not too sure what’s happening to this company, their products are 10/10 and I can’t fault them. They are obviously having some big order processing issues at the moment.

I ordered in February and received my order exactly a month later, I’d advise anyone who is awaiting an order to contact them on Facebook as this was the only method where i received a response.

It's definitely no on that they aren't communicating these issues and are still allowing orders. Hopefully they get back on track soon.

Criminal. Take orders and never ship. Do not use them!

Would be 0 stars if that were doable. Used to be really good. Placed an order a month ago, paid extra for next day shipping. Still nothing. I have rang them countless times with no answers, I have left voicemail with no reply and emails with no reply. Had to contact my bank to get my money back!!!

No longer shipping out orders but still taking money. Had to open a case on Paypal to get my money back.

As you can see this company is no longer available by the recent reviews. I ordered a set before Christmas. I didn’t get my full refund back until now. As i never received the goods. They use to be great and reliable. Maybe the pandemic ruined them. Don’t use this site. Good luck to them.

Absolute scammers! I ordered 6 weeks ago and still have not received any products. Taking my money took them no time, but answering my 5 emails and 3 calls was too much too handle. Adding onto this, it is very easy to spot that their positive reviews are alle fake. Luckily there are so many bad reviews that it still does not work that good. In my opinion these people are criminals. Stealing money and not delivering products. Please never order anything from these degenerates.

As with all the recent, poor reviews on here. I ordered 20 days ago. They took my money next day and no sign of my products. Called and left 6 messages, no reply. Emailed 3 times, no reply. Please do not order from this company. They are scammers.

Ordered products over 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive them, they haven’t even left the warehouse. Tried every avenue to get another sent, still not here and have been requesting a refund with no luck. Won’t respond to any of my emails, won’t answer the phone and now stopped replying via Instagram. Shocking customer service, the one response I got, they didn’t even apologise!

Ordered almost a month ago from the Netherlands. Never received a thing. They are not responding on any mail.

Ordered several weeks ago and still nothing Emailed a couple of times , nothing. Tried calling, nothing. I’ve used them for years however this is unacceptable and after reading over reviews I think it will be a long wait. Very dissaponted

This is the second time ordering with Black Label, 1st was december never got my product but my money was taken, wrote it off. Ordered again start of month, nothing recieved, ive called and left a VM and no-one has bothered to get back to me. The moto for these guys is "Forget automated replies and endless email chains, we're not like other brands, we'd much prefer you give us a call, we find that we can get issues resolved and offer advice a lot more efficiently" no one answers the phone and no one calls anyone back, my tracking number is just in transit as its been for past 2 weeks.. Gave benefit of the doubt previously but wont be buying from here again and recommend no one else does either. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!

One of the most useless companies out there.

Average order to delivery time is 1-2 months plus with no customer service.

Ordered dark matter over a month ago and still haven’t received it, have tried contacting the company both by email and phone call and no reply

Just like everyone else!
I used to order from black label every 3 months!! I love the products.
But placed my last order feb 19th and been over a month now where I am still waiting for my products!! I have left 5 voice mails and no one has got back to back to me.
Such a shame as they used to be really good, now they are just a scam! If you can’t process orders, don’t take the money from customers!!
