The level of professionalism and expertise they demonstrate is remarkable. I brought my golden retriever in for a grooming appointment, and the staff exceeded all my expectations. They took the time to discuss my preferences and any concerns I had about my dog’s coat.

When I picked him up, I was absolutely thrilled with the results! His coat was beautifully groomed, and he looked so happy. The groomer also gave me valuable advice on how to keep his coat healthy and manageable.

Brilliant shampoo, my biggest concern is that the shampoo been out of stock for 3 months and as a regular customer I'm very disappointed with lack of communication and had no choice to go back to a different shampoo brand.

If I could give a zero review I would!
Ordered clippers that never worked, called, emailed, wrote.... Nothing!
Now I hear they've folded.

Same as other reviews. My son loves the products, so i have put up worh the shocking non existent customer service as the product generally arrives 3 months after ordering. This time nothing!! So disappointing.

Like so many reviews on here I have been a customer for some time and love the products - But service has gone to Rat Sh** !
Such a shame
I have a recurring order that hasn't been fulfilled several times now - no communication or anything
Also moved house a year + ago and change of address still not amended !
A complete nightmare all roudn - something must have happened !

I have been using Black label products for the last few years and was really happy with the products. Delivery times have always been an issue, but I have always received items....until now. I placed an order on 06th September 2022, money was taken instantly and I am still waiting for the item, it's now 04th November. I have emailed, called, messaged them via Instagram and Facebook and nothing.

Does anyone know how to get a refund from these? They sold great products but obviously haven’t been able to honour peoples orders over the last year, there must be some sort of insurance to customers

A real shame. Let me say that Black Label Grooming hair products are incredible. However after a month of calling, emails and no response my recent order has not been fulfilled. Genuinely gutted for them but please communicate, refund your customers and don't leave them in the dark.

Caveat this review by saying that the products this company makes are unrivalled and excellent. Alas the last order I placed was October LAST YEAR and I still haven’t received it and cannot get in touch despite emails and calls. I fear they’ve gone bankrupt which is a shame!

Ordered products from this company in the past and the deliveries have always been late. Took my money for an order a month ago and still nothing has arrived. Emailed them and called them and still no response. The website is down too so i suspect they've gone bust. Angry is not the word

According to company house on the Gov website their accounts are overdue. Do NOT buy. Although the product is great - you will not receive it and there is no way of communicating them. Does anyone else know of a similar product I can purchase? Please leave it in a review.

Very disappointing as their Matt clay product is unmatched by anything else i've ever used. Ordered in July and still no product, i got a shipping confirmation 3 weeks after ordering but nothing ever arrived, a few months later they even had the cheek to send out an email with a discount code. Their website is now down, but according to some reviews it seems some people have still been receiving (partial) orders since august. I just want the product as nothing else comes close to it.

Do not order from this company! Have now been waiting a month, no contact from them despite calling and emailing multiple times. Companies House says their accounts are overdue. Real shame as my husband loves the products and we’ve never had an issue before.

Their website seems to be down as well. I can only assume they went bust. But that's no excuse why they still accept orders .?
I'll try to get my money back through the bank if I can.

An absolute disgrace. Like most of the reviews from this year, I too have been a loyal customer to Black Label Grooming for a number of years. There needs to be action taken and the owners held responsible for their actions. I am currently working on a claim with my bank to retrieve the money BLG have practically stolen from me. Taking my order with no intention of providing their product. Avoid at all costs.

Currently been waiting for over a month for products to arrive. No response to email either. Have had a great experience in the past however this is quite possible the worst. Do not purchase from this company.

Something isn’t right. Ordered products. 1/4 of the products arrived. Emailed, no answer, called and left voicemail, no answer, social media message, no answer. The product is good but service is awful.

Product quality is good, been using it for years but recent order placed weeks ago has not arrived. No response to email or voicemail so can only assume the business has gone under. Sad if that’s the case but needs to be communicated to customers.
