They are a scam and PayPal are struggling to get my money back and keep closing my case!! They won’t respond to my emails or social media messages!!

Scammers, emailed phoned tried everything they owe me £100 or more, cancelled through my bank and they still tried to attempt charges again. Crooks

I have ordered 3 products from black label on the 15th feb and have still not received any of them.

I have tried call, emailing and Facebook messaging them but they will not respond to anything.

I then submitted a refund request because I wanted my money back and now my time to return these products has expired.

Do not order from this company they are scam artists.

Scam Beware - Ordered before Xmas nothing received and no reply’s to emails

I ordered with Black Label over a week ago and still yet to receive notification of my order being dispatched.

WARNING! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! This company used to make great products but now just take your money and not send you anything. Impossible to get in contact with them and receive any response or refund.

Still not received an order from Christmas…

Can't believe what this company has become; the salt spray was the best I've ever used, but like all the recent reviews I placed an order 13th Feb and received nothing. Then no replies to email, calls go straight to VM, and one reply on Insta saying they'd look into it, then nothing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ANYMORE. Such a shame.

As everyone else, no product just a tracking that says Royal Mail haven’t received the parcel yet. No reply to emails, social media messages, comments. Used to be a great company, a shame they’ve messed it up and can’t do something simple like send out products.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHITSHOW OF A COMPANY! Same as other recent reviews - they take your money and don’t fulfill the order. Numerous emails and calls go unanswered. I’m now contacting my bank for a refund.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING - you will never get your product and will fight tooth and nail to keep your money

I ordered products in January that never arrived. Managed to get through to them on one occasion and was assured another package would be sent out….not seen that one either.

We have since tried to get our money back, they don’t reply to emails, messages and don’t answer the phone.

We applied for a refund via our bank (because impossible to get in touch with the company ourselves). The bank initially got our money back, however, black label have since put in a lot of effort to compile “evidence” as to why they should still get the money for a product which appears to have never reached the courier. They are demanding that the money for the product we have never received is given back to them. If they put as much effort into actually fulfilling orders, then there would not have had an issue in the first place.

The customer service from a self pro-ported “premium hair care brand” is an absolute farce

The service used to be brilliant and the products were great, sadly is no longer the case

Seems like I’m not the only one who has suffered there poor service fate. Ordered a 3 clay pack end of Jan , no sign of it , managed to talk to someone a couple of times , them blaming Royal Mail and said it would be re shipped . Numerous emails sent and no replies . Anyone know if they have gone under ??? Shame as I’ve been using them for a couple of years . Since found a better product . Avoid I’m afraid !

I still haven’t received my order, I’ve been waiting for weeks now. I have tried calling customer services and IM'ing therm but not even a reply. What a complete waste of money, if you are considering making order then PLEASE DONT!! I presume the company has gone bankrupt, having looked at the reviews I am not the only person who has received awful customer service.

Ordered mid Feb against my better judgement. I had a long delay over xmas, which was kind of expected and they were in touch. I thought maybe they would have picked up pace again now, but sadly not. Its been 4 weeks and still no order and no respondance from my various attempts at contact. Luckily I ordered through paypal and am in the process of getting my money returned. Not what you expect from a £130 order from them.

Over 6 weeks with no delivery and despite numerous efforts to contact, I have had no reply. Disgusting

I have been using Black Label grooming products for years with no issues but unfortunately I order a 3 pack of craft paste on February 13th and although I’ve chased through emails, phone calls, Instagram and Facebook I have yet to receive any feedback on a delivery nor have I had any refund processed for my £35. Unfortunately after this experience I won’t be using black label grooming anymore. Should this not be resolved I will have to take this further.

I’ve used these guys for years as their product (craft clay) just works for my hair. However I made an order on Black Friday and I’m still yet to receive that order. I spoke to someone on February 11th about this and I was told that they would send me the order with extras to compensate for the delay… I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY PARCELS.

I made an order for my shop on the 9th of feb and still not have received the order that cost over £100.
I have barely received a response and any I do receive over Instagram are promises of a date I will receive it … it’s still not here.

Very very disappointing. I would like a fully refund.. but again, no one replies.

Used to be fantastic service, quick delivery and they always answered the phone. I placed an order last week and paid for next day delivery. Eight days later and no product, no updates and no answers to voice mails, emails etc. Such a shame as the product is great but looks like back to the drawing board to find a new brand. Not sure what has gone wrong here.

AVOID I placed an order in september 2021 it is now february 2022 they have ignored all my emails only to be met with automated replys offering discount on my next order. This company is stealing peoples money.
