Absolute SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute SCAM!! No correspondence at all. Ordered 4 months ago, Ripped everyone off and took the money. I have emailed countless amounts of times, through social media too and I’ve had nothing. To say I’m upset is an understatement as I ordered before and had no issues.

Find another company …

I’ve paid nearly £100 for the glasses with added prescription and it’s been well over a month you don’t get any updates, endless emails sent. Requested a refund because of the shocking customer service and time waiting for the product. Really unhappy with the service I won’t use again and definitely won’t be referring. I think I’m literally going to have to contact my bank to get my money back.

I have not received my order that i ordered over a month ago now. I have asked for my money back 5 times and have not received any emails back or the money. I am so disappointed and angry. DO NOT order from this company.

Painful delays and misleading business

My experience has been very similar to the other reviewers. I placed an order in August and I have only just been notified that it is being shipped. I really hope they turn up quickly.

I emailed and did get a response the first time - they were apologetic and said they have “encountered supply chain issues and delays in deliveries with our suppliers. We are now back and working hard to ship every delayed order asap. Packages will be delivered faster too”. This seemed ok but I followed up through email and facebook messenger and received no replies. They do not honour response times.

I requested to cancel and this was not responded to.

I would strongly recommend to the store to be honest about shipping times because looking at past reviews this clearly isn’t a recent issue or random problem. So the excuse they gave me doesn’t appear to be fully honest.

I would also make it clear that you are shipping from China - the impression you give is you are Europe based as the business seems to be registered in Ireland. The tracking is from China which will take a while and the potential taxes is extremely different vs Europe.

I went to this online store as I had purchased from them in the past but I will never purchase from them again! It’s far too painful to experience and not acceptable. There are other companies that can easily beat this level of service and I will go to them instead

AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY

AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I ordered glasses over 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive them but this selfish company was sure to take my money immediately. After countless emails asking for updates on my order, I am yet to hear from them. I had issues a year ago when this company sent me the incorrect order and refused to rectify their mistake. A reply to this comment is the gate minimum this company can do for the stress and anxiety caused by their ignorance.

It was so horrible!

It was so horrible!! I paid money, but I didn’t get glasses. So I sent a lot of messages, but they didn’t send any messages. However, they sent the message “customer review”. What should I write, I couldn’t get any messages and glasses though? Can you pay back money?

Good but unfortunately have to be patient.

Having purchased for here before and loving them, I purchased again. And like many others I didn’t receive any communication other than my confirmation email and them saying it’ll be delivered in about 2 weeks. However, 2 months later, numerous unanswered emails, my glasses have finally arrived. So if ordering be prepared to have no communication about your order and to wait a long while.

Same problem as a lot of the previous…

Same problem as a lot of the previous reviews. I have been waiting over a month for my glasses and have emailed customer service twice with no response. I ordered from them before and I love their glasses but this time I feel like they’re not going to arrive and I’ll get no refund because they’re not responding.

Unacceptable experience!

Ordered two pairs of glasses on the 28th July - and until this day have not been delivered! I have emailed support team SEVERAL times and never received a reply and I’m still waiting!
The best part is, that at the beginning of August I have received an email asking how I find my new glasses!
Can someone please tell me who I need to contact to get my money back? I spent over £40 and if I’m not getting the glasses then I want my money back!

Possible scam

I have had the same experience as most people below. I ordered my glasses 8 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. I have sent multiple emails asking for assistance and have not received a reply. I also never received an email to say they have been shipped. Pretty terrible customer service and possibly a scam.

I need a refund.

I ordered my glasses on 4th August and it has been 3 weeks. STILL HAVEN’T ARRIVED. I had an email saying that they had been delivered but they weren’t. I also never received a tracking number for my order or any tracking updates. I emailed them for a refund multiple times but no reply. Horrible experience and now I can’t get my money back.

Very poor customer service …

I am having the same experience as these people below, ordered several months ago, still no glasses, at first I was getting a response from someone in support but now my e-mails are just being ignored , I am starting to feel like this is some sort of scam , as others have said below, save yourself this hassel and stress.

Excellent product but terrible service

I am currently awaiting my third pair of blue light glasses (divil for losing things). This will tell you, I am a fan of the product. However, the company and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My first pair ordered in 2020 took a little over a month to arrive but I would cut some slack given the outbreak of covid. My second pair took a number of months and the tracking information wasn’t very accurate. This current pair I ordered a month ago and have received no shipping confirmation, my emails to the company have fallen on deaf ears and judging by other reviews I assume I will not get a response.

If you are willing to wait a long long time for your order, the product is great, I suffer from migraines and the glasses help and friends have complimented the style. The customer service however, is simply shocking. If I manage to lose or break the pair Ive ordered (if they ever arrive) I’ll be looking for a new supplier, I don’t want to have spent a combined year of my life staring out the window waiting for glasses like a widow waiting for her husband to return from war.

I ordered my glasses nearly a month…

I ordered my glasses nearly a month ago. No sign of them. After three attempts to make contact through the support email l, no response has been received. Tracking number isn’t correct. No idea where my purchase is.
Would actually really appreciate some form of contact rather than emails to encourage a new purchase!

Do not buy from this company!
I purchased a pair of glasses in May for over £45! and after numerous emails, instagram messages etc I’m still yet to receive a reply.

Very disappointed!
Please do not put yourself in this situation x

Poor Service and bad delivery.

Very Long delivery and did not even receive the glasses at the end. Poor customer service I sent them multiple emails but no answer. Then finally got an email back from them but it just stated to review their brand no other emails regarding my issue. Very disappointed.
