However, communication can be hit or miss, and I’d recommend sticking to their premium products for the best experience. Your company has taken my money but I not received anything you have given me a tracking number but it' said post-office is waiting for package so they can put in there system so they can deliver the parcel. I have emailed you but they just come back in my spam mail saying rejected by you and I have phoned you number didn't work. I have ordered from the old company no problem you the new owners are a bunch of criminals you are committing fraud. I won't my money back you are taken the piss you scum bags.

I spent over £500 worth of products in April 25 and they have not sent it out. I contacted my bank after reading all these recent reviews as I think I have been scammed. The banks now says I have to contact citizens advice because the can't refund me because i bought from them before and the received products. The emails I am sending are bouncing, the contact number does not work and the tracking number for one order is still the royal mail is waiting on receiving it. Yet they sent me an email asking for a review on what I've bought. Also the site is now saying it's temporary closed. Can anyone help with this please?

recieved a refund from last years ordering mess, i recieved an email the other day saying back open, so i made an order, they sent me an email asking how the order was, but i had not recieved it. so i looked on the site, and it says temporaraly closed, if you have outstanding orders, a refund will be issued.

Still scamming us to this day will send you a Royal mail tracking number and they’ll be no update on information plus no response back from the email that doesn’t even go through. Absolute scam.

Scammers!!!!!! Used this company for years, but it now appears to have been taken over by SCAMMERS. They will take your money, close down all lines of communication and your product will never arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ok there site is gone now and I’m down £70 I fell for there trick of sending out emails and saying everything back to normal order for Christmas fast next day delivery blah blah blah made an order and what was strange the payment method was bank transfer only because they know you can’t do a charge back I should have stoped there but because of good service in the past years I thought maybe they had a bad patch and there back to normal now but I’m still waiting for my order till this day just went to log in to my account on there site to see if any progress on my order and now the site is gone and the cheek of it all they sent another email advertising the THC A hash titled let’s get high this new year absolute joke I take it they scammed as much people as possible and have now disappeared bunch of crooks

Update 10/04/2025 Got an email sites back up what a liberty advertising the same crap my orders been cancelled magically and no coms on refund never received anything and £70 gone you would be a fool to order from this scam

I placed a order 22 12 2024 I was emailed back preparing your order this went on for weeks tried contact them with email whats app Facebook messenger no reply at all from these robbing scumbags then 2 weeks ago got email saying your order has been cancelled and we have refunded you but the robbing scumbags don't think we are going to check the bank for refund still to this day nothing karma will come round to get you scammers trust me

THIS SITE IS A SCAM. No product will be sent or refunded, the support team do not respond. Ive waited five weeks now, they have even canceled my order over 3 weeks later with know explanation and confirms they are refunding my money on the site, im still yet to receive either product or refund. Also if you look into reviews from December 2024 , there are many people saying the same thing in their reviews stating this site is know longer active but still confirming orders and taken peoples money with out sending the product

Used these for years, since they first opened, they changed hands in 2020 and all was good up until mid September 2024 where it seems ite changed hands again, but this time into the hands of fraudsters. They've closed all methods of communication purposely, so any issues will be left unanswered. EVERYONE needs to report it to BBB,their banking company and trading standards and have their site and accounts closed down. It's really unfortunate, as the original owners were a great bunch of people, communication was excellent and orders were always received next day. Go elsewhere folks, there are lots of sites that offer these products, who have good customer service and delivery. Moonbarguy, Budmother, Hempire garden are just a few reputable alternatives. UP VOTE MY REVIEW SO ANY PERSPECTIVE "CUSTOMERS" don't make the mistake of buying with them.

This is scam. I never received my order and no communication. Order number 33694W

Purchased some small buds today. After paying I got a message to say order received. I went to check the order status later and it says against the order 'payment due' even though the funds have left my account and gone to theirs. NatWest have confirmed this. After reading other reviews it looks like I won't receive anything. IL allow them time to contact me back but NatWest said they can do a scam/fraud claim if no products are received or no money returned. I have had good experiences previously but the last few times delivery has been terrible and communication is almost non existent.

Received an email today saying the site was back up and running and they have cancelled my order they never sent. They still haven't refunded me either since January. Already been reported again to Action Fraud this morning. Disgusting people

Normally they deliver quickly within a few days but I haven't received my order I placed at the beginning of December. K have tried contacting via phone and email etc but phone number claims its closed and to call back and no response from email and now when on site it doesn't even load contact information. I think company has closed but I'm out of pocket. I would not advise anyone to order from here now.

Ordered on the 26th December with so called premium delivery. Never posted. After multiple failed attempts to contact them I have eventually tried to raise a dispute with my credit card. It seems that they have changed the company name to "The Liverpool Tea Company", ran by Joseph Kerr, a number, 07387 985010 is listed for them. I rang this number, someone answered, I said I was looking for anyone from Graded Green and they immediately hung up, now it seems my number is blocked. These people are scammers. AVOID.

Graded Green email bounces back , which I believe, they have blocked me.

It's been over 2 months now. Safe to say, they've done me dirty

Ordered 4th January 2025, money taken from my bank however no confirmation to say order shipped. Emailed a few times enquiring however emails bounced back, WhatsApp msg gone unopened. No contact whatsoever. I would avoid. 😡😡😡

24 hour service and a week later still nothing.
