Being a first time buyer we didn’t really know how to approach viewings, buying houses or putting offers in, but with the help of Logan he made every step easy and understandable! Walking us through each part step by step, ensuring we were satisfied along the way. From viewing to offering to finally purchasing a house Logan helped us the whole way through, answering any and every question we had.

Really supportive and informative viewing of a property. I didn’t feel pressured at all during the viewing and the Jacqui helped with all my queries. Jacqui remained positive and helped me compare with another property we were interested in. Gave us plenty of time to look round and didn’t feel rushed. When we went to view the property again later that day, Lance was again really friendly and made us feel we could ask any question's (as first time buyers - we had many). The whole experience from booking a viewing to viewing the property (twice) was really positive.

Corrine was at the property when my daughter and I arrived. She was pleasant and well presented. During our inspection of the property we unfortunately found a potentially major problem. Despite my daughter bringing the problem to Corinne’s attention she maintained her pleasant professional and understanding demeanour. A thoroughly nice lady doing a difficult job. A credit to the company.
