Absolutely fantastic service from Arden. Zoe came to our house and was very friendly. They put the property up for sale promptly and took beautiful photos of our house. When viewings were being booked, their communication was brilliant, using the street app to keep everyone updated. They set up a WhatsApp group with a couple of members of staff who were really helpful. This alone made communication really clear. Ollie and Olivia did most of our viewings and they were very knowledgeable about the house. They were extremely professional throughout all viewings and messaged or called us after each one to give feedback.
Arden dealt with someone who pulled out very well and managed to get new buyers within a couple of days. Sarah on the progression team worked tirelessly to keep the chin moving and keep us updated a couple of times a week.
Overall, we were extremely pleased and would recommend using them to everyone we know.
Their knowledge, professionalism and communication are next to none.

Outstanding Service
I would not hesitate to recommend Arden Estates to everyone about to sell their house.
We had the difficult task of selling our dad's home when we live four hours drive away but all the stress was taken away by the incredible hard work of the Arden's team. The shining star has to be Romily, a total joy from the moment we met her, always checking in and answering queries straight away, with excellent advice. She made the whole process so much more bearable for us, with her reassurance and kindness. It is true to say that all the team , especially Gracie and Libby went above and beyond. when dealing with our dad. He suffers with Alzheimer's and during viewings the team always sent out two agents, one to show the prospective buyers around and one to sit with our dad with a cup of tea and a biscuit.
What a truly genuine, caring, trustworthy and professional company! We cannot thank you enough.

Not giving up...
After losing one property due to the vendor no longer selling up, I popped into the Arden office in Bromsgrove and intially worked with Victoria and Libby to get three suitable viewings booked. One of these properties really worked for us, so working with Victoria we submitted our offer. Due to the vendors personal situation, this wasnt a straight forward offer, but Victoria worked with all parties, even on her days off, to ensure everything was covered and managed to successfully get this across the line. We are hugely grateful to Victoria, Libby and the Arden Team for supporting us at what had already been a very difficult & stressful time. We now look forward to the coming months and making this move happen!!
