A year ago, I paid for “3 premium drawing tips every week, absolutely free, for life.” This clearly implied a one-time payment. Without any warning, reminder, or communication, $89 has now... See more

Also ripped off by them. Paid for a lifetime membership, and the next year, they charged me again. Contacted them and they said that it was not refundable, but from this time on, it would be a lifetim... See more

I have been with them for two years, I only have good things to say
I have been with them for two years. I have absolutely no problem, looks easy to cancel if I needed to, but see no reason for doing so in the near or even far future.
I just wish it was easier to have the materials on physical copies so I can practice on paper. But I found a solution for this as well, and will only cost about $7 per booklet I need printed. $89 per year is what I'm paying, and to what I am learning, $7.42 per month is not that much.
AVOID!
AVOID! Never got the paid product. Asked for refund but none came. Then a year later they tried charging me the full 89$ subscription. Total scam.
Scam!!!
Despite cancelling subscription straight away they charged me renewal $89 a year later claiming I had active memerbship and refuse to give refund as someone called Sebastian says "their policy doesn't allow refunds on membership renewals".
First of all, you make policy, you can choose to refund me. But no, you choose to scam me instead.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS WEBSITE. READ OTHER REVIEWS, THEY ALL SAY THE SAME STORY.
SCAM!
I do not recommend due to bad support and misleading information about return policy
I do not recommend,
They are putting a customer for a subscription without informing before, pointing for 30 day return policy that as they tell you after is not true and their products are non-refundable. Support starts to ignore you when you are telling about their 30 day return policy and PayPal is stays on their side as their policy does not provide any information about any possible return.
If you want to use their services, please take in consideration bad support and no emails that will remind you about future payments. It is unfortunate that I was charged that way for 89 dollars, but everyone can make their mistakes. I can not say about the product, maybe it is good for beginners, but I didn't use it too much to say more. Minus for Sebastian who is gosting you after the first uncomfortable question. Please, note, one star for support and 30 day return policy with "no questions asked", but not for the actual product
SCAM ALERT!!
SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO TRAININGFORCOMICS!
Signed up last year with a $10 offer....got scammed when they did not have the downloads for what was advertised and got a refund as soon as I could from PayPal.
I never signed up for a subscription.
I cancelled the account as soon as I got the refund.
Well this year the scammers managed to turn on subscriptions for all accounts and I got hit for $89, and I never agreed or signed up for that.
Their site states "...no strings attached.." but SEBASTIAN states in email that there are no refunds.
This is a scam site.
I have now taken the case to the CA State Attorney General.
The same scammer, SEBASTIAN, offered me a 50% refund.
Sorry scammer, I did not authorize any amount to be removed from my accounts nor did I sign up for any further services from your fake training site.
WORSE: PayPal sided with the scammers.
Closing my PayPal account tonight.
Beware this is a scam
They advertise a $9.99 USD course and when you sign up they try to upgrade you to a $97 lifetime gold VIP access to the entire course.
You aren’t given access to the whole course as advertised and they also sneak in an annual subscription fee of $89 a year even if you pay for the $97 lifetime vip full access fee.
They advertise a full 100% no questions asked money back guarantee but don’t reply to any emails you send them.
Have to raise a PayPal dispute to try and get your money back as they don’t provide the full course materials as advertised or refund you once you try and email them about any problems.
Not sure why they haven’t been shut down as it’s a scam that’s been going for years and they have ads on Facebook every day and Facebook won’t stop them advertising this scam
Avoid SCAM
Avoid, a trap to get money out of you. Website is absolute rubbish don't sign up with any trial offer as they will then take money a year later even through you cancelled and then refuse to refund as against policy
Subscription Trap!
DO NOT BUY! This is a subscription trap which lures you with seemingly free or very cheap introductory deals, but then actually locks you into an overtly expensive subscription with NO Recourse!
Sebastian will tell you it's policy to not offer refunds for renewals and then offer you FREE memberships. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!
Once renewal is up They will automatically charge you $90 without warning or even a curtesy email that the fee is changing; They are a SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!!
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers! Avoid. They are advertising $10 and make you think it's a one off purchase, nothing to say it's a subscription. Until one year later. They don't offer refunds. I paid PayPal and disputed they don't pay. Now I'm taking them to the ombudsman. They can't reason out whatever lies they'll say. THEY ARE MISLEADING! Once I take it to the ombudsman, they can send all legal documents, lawyers whoever legal team they have. They'll pay me £500 regardless. Whoever victimized by this lying cows, FILE A CLAIM TO THE OMBUDSMAN!

Like most others I paid the $10, assuming it was a lifetime payment, as that was how it seemed to be described. After agreeing to the $10, there was then page after page of attempted upselling, which appeared to be for products that again, I had assumed had been included in the $10.
Now, unlike others, I did notice AFTER payment that in a years time I would be charged again but full price, so made a note in my online calendar to cancel it before that happened.
However, I simply cannot login to the site. It just says my password is incorrect every single time. I've reset it again and again, and not once have I been able to gain access to the site, so cancelling from their end is as impossible for me as actually accessing any of the lessons. Thankfully I payed using paypal, so have already cancelled my subscription payment before even being able to do a single lesson.
Absolute joke of a company. Do not use.
Absolute scammers
Shocking service. Take $10 then a year later take another $89 without even a reminder then say ‘oh sorry, didn’t you know, we don’t give refunds - but please buy something else from us!’
Absolute scammers.
Exactly the same issue as other posters…
Exactly the same issue as other posters - no reminder or warning that after a year the massively increased price would be taken.
I emailed and complained and was offered a VIP package at no extra cost and would have my subscription removed - I said sure why not, and was then ghosted with no account change despite a couple of emails asking what was going on.
Avoid this at all costs or remember to delete your card from your account the moment you create it.
It's a scam
It's a scam. It says $10 course fee. There's a hidden clause of $89..they renew without any notice or mail.
Training for Comics
After paying for a course I had 30 days to try it out and if I wasn’t satisfied I could get my money back. On day two I decided the course wasn’t for me. So I tried to contact support. Strangely the language changed to Spanish. I kid you not. Unfortunately I don’t speak, read or write Spanish. So I’m at a loss as to who to contact. They do give a second way to contact them, but as I said, the language changes to Spanish. Meanwhile I have received 15 or so emails, in English, advertising other courses available through them.
Bad experience training for comics
I paid the 10 dollar once for lifetime. And the site never opened I did not use it then was blocked. It is totally a scam. I need to reimburse 89 dollar.
A very bad experience
Agree withe the others
Agree withe the others, this is scam. For me it was working all right for about a month, than my access to the site was blocked by redirecting to some scam / ad sites. Avoid.
Total scam
Total scam. I was under the impression it was a one off $10 payment, lifetime access. It is not, it is a recurring charge of $89 per year, assume this is US dollars. If you buy with paypal you can remove the recurring payment in your paypal wallet. Access to my account was blocked by scammy ads that flooded my device with notifications (you can block these, google it). Eventually I gained access to my account. The website was totally overwhelming, messy, confusing. Nightmare. Next time I attempted to access my account I was flooded and blocked my more scammy ads. Customer service replied to my message with a simple too casual "Fixed, enter website here" and I was again meet with scammy ads.
THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. Thank God it was only $10 I wasted on them.
The biggest swindlers and most…
The biggest swindlers and most shameless!
The same story over and over again!
same as everyone else here
same as everyone else here, i signed up for 10$ cheap art classes a year later got charged 89$usd twice without any notice and they refuse to refund me. i do not understand how the they expect to make a business preying on people. STAY AWAY
