Very expensive for what is. This price is not justified by what is offered here. However, the biggest red flag is that you cannot cancel your subscription on their site. You can pause it, but that's just a pause and it will bill again. You need to contact support to really cancel. I have lots of subscriptions and this is the only site where they do not have that option. Major red flag.

High price and dubious practices for cancellation.

This guy is a FRAUD

Really poor customer service and I would never recommend.
They have a 7 day free trial but it's not made clear that you have to contact them to cancel. Just pausing the subscription does nothing.
They then proceed to charge you with the auto-renewal without notifying you totally ignoring the Merchant Enhanced Notifications they are legally bound by with VISA.
I've never been notified prior to monthly charge when the 7 day trial was up.
I'll be taking this up with VISA.

Update: 5/01/2026. After agreeing to give me a refund on 14/11/2026, I still haven't received it. Even gave me a phoney "refund reference" which the bank don't recognise. They actually made up a reference number!

Emails ignored. STAY WELL AWAY from these guys. Small time lying chancers with a useless product, who obviously need the money. Otherwise they wouldn't be treating customers this way.

Unprofessional…

Was part of tubesift for a couple months some years ago. After I left and unsubscribed from their emails I was still getting them. Even after getting in touch with their support team as to why I was still getting mails they apologized and said I was unsubscribed. Still getting mails to this day. Unprofessional way of conducting business and trying to «lure» old customers back in…

Purchased

Purchased, and asked for a refund after a few days, they proposed a pause. I accepted the pause.

When I asked for them to activate my account, I got charged immediately and apparently had no time remaining.

Essentially, a pause means, you won't be able to use your account as you'll be locked out and once you activate the pause you'll be charged automatically.

Having been a customer for some time, I feel extremely dissapointed in their lack of customer loyalty and find this practice quite deceptive and unreasonable.

Couldn’t even get logins - no support

I signed up for Trial of Tubesift and took advantage of the trial for Video Ad Vault too: Tubesift got my credentials immediately but after I entered my cc info for their Video Ad Vault software by Tubesift and 3 days later they still haven’t gotten me my logins and am getting nowhere with support. Support is non existent, they will reply once a day and just seems like a company that isn’t going anywhere. Likely going to cancel Tubesift too as it seems their support might be the same

Chaz, this is the second review you have left us.
You haven't been a customer in years so I don't know why you keep leaving bad reviews.

Outrageous and abusive business practices !

A catastrophic and deliberately nebulous user experience, without the possibility of managing their subscriptions online or simply of consulting/downloading their invoices!

It's just outrageous to use such abusive business practices.

Terrible Experience & Below Average Software - BBB Complaint Filed

Justin Sardi and Tubesift not only falsely advertised what the software does exactly but handled the refund situation very poorly through the Better Business Bureau. There are much better tools out there and anything dealing with these two brands I would stay far away from if you don't want get caught up in the full situation described below. Main issue I uncovered quite a few irrelevant video placements when I clicked on the youtube URLs generated from Tubesift's monetized relevancy video scraping filter, which Justin must understand is a problem. To scale you need a large volume of youtube placements which is described in his Videos Ads Cracked course. I submitted proof to the BBB and they wanted Justin and I to solve this through arbitration which is legally binding. Justin declined knowing I would win and get a refund from the proof I submitted. Justin Sardi and Tubesift owe me $1483.

Full Situation.

I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau back in April 2022 for help getting a refund since I felt swindled out of my $1483 that Justin Sardi and Tubesift still owe me. Justin continually declined to work with me on this and eventually after we both provided evidence the BBB knew I had a case and BBB suggested we go to arbitration which is legally binding. I accepted knowing they might even think that I only deserve 50% back but I have been so frustrated with this situation and am very busy I would have accepted. I bet I would have gotten 100% back and why Justin declined which shows his business is not reputable since he declined the BBB's request.

As a marketer I am very busy have multiple software tools leveraging different ad platforms, social channels etc. When I bought Tubesift doing small tests and letting it auto renew the results weren't the best. I figure let me refine things to get it working better. I realized after digging into a small sample size of 50 videos 13 of them were irrelevant based on my keyword either cartoons or music videos. As you can imagine I was furious because I knew I wasted a lot of advertising dollars already and I would have needed to hire virtual assistants to comb through irrelevant videos if I pulled a lot more since the percentage of non relevant videos would go way up. My expectation based on his advertising of the software was that it would only pull relevant videos 99% of the time not 74% of the time then hiring VAs to pull out irrelevant videos costing money. I would never have bought it! I also got COVID and Justin showed no compassion getting this taken care of for me so not a good person when I offered to take a 50% refund at the time. Now I want my $1483 back!

There are much better tools out there and anything dealing with these two brand names or anything tied to Justin Sardi I would stay far away from if you don't want get caught up in this situation.

Update to Tubesift response:

1. Anyone can personally reach out to me and I will give you the excel file of the irrelevant videos Tubesift pulled 13 out of 50 = 74% unacceptable since I expected 99% based on their advertising.
2. Justin is lying again. I asked the BBB and they said the ARBITRATION MEETING CAN BE DONE VIRTUALLY! Contact the BBB on my case and you will see Justin Sardi and Tubesift can't be trusted.
3. BBB initiated the arbitration meeting, I did not, I just accepted it and then they sent to Justin on my behalf. Case is unresolved closed on BBB since Justin Sardi/Tubesift declined.
4. I have had multiple softwares/programs that work and the rest I am honest and leave truthful reviews to warn others. When I have time I post reviews regardless of the amount of negative ones. This is what a guilty party does, blame others to deflect.
5. I was super sick with COVID 2 years ago. This was the last thing on my mind to take care of. Now that I am better I am trying to help others not deal with businesses that lie and are not reputable like this one.
6. Also they are blaming Google for their results...all I can say is WOW. Don't bother with this company really. You should make software which can stand on its own and hit that 99% relevancy rate which your software clearly does not.
7.Stop making false statements about me when you don't know me, but I do know you by the way you handled this situation. I own over 200+ software over 12+ years, so I don't have time to review all of them. So of course I am going to focus on a small percentage of the worst offenders not working as promised including yours. 7 day trial is not a lot by the way should be at least 60 days(not very confident in their product). People are tired of being conned and you are not up front about the results your software produces. It produced 74% relevant videos from the 50 I gave to you and the BBB.

This customer is upset (and opened a BBB complaint) because he asked for a refund 2 years after he used the software.

We offer a 7 day no questions asked money back guarantee as we clearly state on both the checkout page and the Terms of Use page. When Charles signed up for the software (which he did multiple times over the course of a year) he agreed to the TOS and knew the refund period. He came back after 2 years asking for a refund after signing up, cancelling, then signing up again a few months later.

The fact that he asked for a refund after 2 years of his purchase and after signing up for the software more than one time is kind of crazy.

Read his other reviews about other companies that "owe him money" and you will start to see a pattern.

I'm sorry you aren't happy but we were in constant communication with you while you were a paying customer and you didn't ask for a refund back then while you could have. You wrote in to support to cancel the membership and didn't ask for a refund at that time. You were able to take care of emailing us but not asking for a refund?

The only thing true about what Charles posted is that he opened a BBB complaint against us because he wanted a refund for a software and training program he purchased and used years ago and he was about 2 years out of the refund period.

Some of the transactions that Charles was asking for money back on were already refunded as well and he still used those against us with the BBB.

You had multiple chances to ask for a refund during our clearly stated refund period and after going back through your support tickets there was no mention of you even being unhappy.

You first signed up with us about 2 years before you opened a complaint with the BBB. You clearly had our support email because we were communicating with you there.

Instead of reaching out to us after we actually did refund a few of your purchases you opened up a BBB complaint since you knew you were out of the refund period and were trying to strong arm your way into a refund using bad reviews and complaints.

I spent multiple hours going back and forth with the BBB and they told me that arbitration was optional (Charles initiated it) and it would take about 6-8 hours. I declined because this whole thing is absurd and I am not going to waste any more time on a 2 year old refund request that was never even brought to us before filing a complaint.

We are extremely clear as to what the software does and the demo on the page clearly shows the software and all of its features.

As I mentioned to the BBB the software pulls directly from Google's API and we do not control that. If you were unhappy with the results that Google supplies and we put into an easy to navigate dashboard maybe you need to talk with Google about the videos that show up for specific keywords because we pull data in the order that the videos rank on YouTube.

No product that pulls data from YouTube/Google can stand on it's own because you literally need to use their API to be a Google compliant tool.

I will say you are correct that our results are not 99% accurate. They are actually 100% accurate.

If the videos you want to run ads on do not allow ads (are not monetized) the software will not show them since it is designed to find monetized videos. You have the option to find non monetized videos though as we show in the training.

Channels are not monetized and only certain videos are monetized on an individual basis so that is why it found the channels and not the vidoes.

From your comment it seems that the software is doing exactly what it should do.

As always you can reach out to us and get any help you might need.
