Our doula was an incredible support not just for me, but for my partner as well. She created a calm, reassuring environment and helped both of us feel confident and prepared every step of the way. During labor, her guidance and steady presence made a huge difference, keeping us grounded and supported as a team.

One tip I wish I had known earlier: ask your doula to walk you through how to manage each stage of dilation ahead of time—it can make a big difference in feeling prepared and in control.

Melissa was my doula, During the pregnancy she was always attentive and making sure I have the right information about how baby development and what I needed to know when baby got here. During my labor She was already attentive the day prior making sure how far I was and what the doctor where saying so she could get on time to the delivery, unfortunately I had to be induced and I had the baby delivered in less then 1 hours so I couldn’t keep the communication well during the delivery but right after she made sure me and baby were good and if we needed anything. I’m glad I had her on all this process as a first time mom it was great to get knowledge on everything, I will
Be issuing her again for my second baby in the future and this time I hope I get to have her on the delivery room with me.
