Cancelled and refunded — still charged $89 a year later
I purchased their introductory offer for $4.99 on 30 January 2025. On the same day, I emailed requesting a cancellation and refund. They processed the refund on 31 March 2025 — confirmed in my PayPal transaction history.
Over a year later, on 31 March 2026, TFC charged my PayPal account $89.00 USD without any authorization or notification. A subscription that was cancelled and refunded over a year ago.
I opened a PayPal dispute. Their response was a generic copy-paste about their no-refund policy, completely ignoring that this subscription was already cancelled and refunded by them.
Reading the other reviews here, this is clearly a systematic practice. Same story over and over: small introductory fee, no notification, $89 charge a year later, refund refused. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting this to consumer protection authorities.
Scam!!!!
A year ago, I paid for “3 premium drawing tips every week, absolutely free, for life.”
This clearly implied a one-time payment.
Without any warning, reminder, or communication, $89 has now been taken from my account.
I already sent 5 emails and to this day have received ZERO response from “Sebastián.”
SCAM!!!!
Digusting company
Digusting company
Charged my account for shady subscription for 3 years in a row with a 3rd year noticing of 89 dollars no info no details absolutelly disgusting company.
Immediatelly requested refund, even stated that i am willing to overlook last 2 years as my fault not noticing and requested immediate refund for most recent and immediate cancellation wa greeted with a f off.
According to laws 14 days refund and minimum notice exist whcih they are completely not respecting. Price is too small to go for small claims court however if there are more people affected please do reach out and happy to build a bigger case against this company through consumer trust.
Charging and Not answering
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They charged my PayPal account 89 USD without my authorization, even though I had properly cancelled my subscription through their online system. Multiple attempts to contact their support team have been ignored, and I still haven’t received a refund.
I have already involved my lawyer and will be opening a PayPal dispute as well. A company that continues to bill customers after cancellation and fails to respond to legitimate complaints is simply not trustworthy.
I strongly advise others to stay away and avoid similar problems.
Pure theft
People have already written what I experienced. I signed up for a trial and thought I'd cancelled. I wrote to them and they said I hadn't and it wasn't their policy to refund my payment. They then took ANOTHER year's payment when I assumed they'd cancelled after my complaints the first year. I never used their lessons. They are thieves - $178.
Nothhng short of a delayed scam
Nothhing short of a delayed scam. They misleadyou into some sort of faux service which you authorize payment for. It was useless. A year later on September 20 the same crooks billed me for an annual renewal. Stay away and it is a shame a genuine artist has to resort to scams and others disingenuous schemes to earn an honest living. Shame on you !
Shady, scammy, thieves
All of the negative reviews on this company accord exactly with my experience. Last year, I was signed up for something I didn't ask for and didn't want and refunded only after a long back and forth with Sebastian.
This year, they charged me AGAIN. Now they are completely unresponsive to my many emails demanding a refund. I've opened a dispute with PayPal to resolve it.
Garbage content/company charged me for subscription
Just as others have stated here, this company is very deceptive and has charged me $89 for a subscription that I did not agree to. They are disputing dispute with the credit card company and making this process difficult. The FTC has a rule about of subscriptions like this. So if I have to contact the FTC I will but this process is very difficult this company has made it difficult . Do not sign up with this company they'll send you crap content and then hope that you forget about them and then send you an invoice for an $89 charge and then make it difficult for you to get that money back.
False advertising
False advertising.
They advertise getting 3 weekly tips in your email for just $5. In reality, it slows down to 2 tips a week after less then a year. Its eventually repeats.
It is also not "for life". A year after you enroll, you are charged the full $90 price again. Once you cancel the membership and your year ends, you lose access to everything you paid for.
They have false misleading ads online and they silence anyone who tries to point out otherwise.
I spent extra money for their "all in the store bundle" which promised that I would get "immediate" access to all of the extra premium store bought bundles for one low price. I had to email customer support weekly as the bundles did not unlock. I got one response per month. Finally after 4 or 5 months of emailing them they were able to "fix" the issue.
Stay away from them. Dont give them your money. You can learn more and for free on youtube.
They secretly roll you into a 9xtimes…
They secretly roll you into a 9xtimes sub. You will never recieve any mails about it, or the course itself. Their business is fraudulent and runs without wanting your engagement
financial FRAUD
Be careful — this is a SCAM and a case of financial FRAUD.
They offer access to resources at a low price, but secretly enroll you in an annual subscription. One year later, when you already forgot about subscription, they charge you $89 without any prior notice.
Customer support does not respond, and they reject refund requests made through your bank.
Nice materials and quick refund after cancellation
Saw their ad on instagram that offered an access to the materials for $10. The materials were fine, the way they explained body morphs using sand bags really helped me understand how it works. But year later they suddenly charged me $90 for a subscription renewal without any prior notification and actually telling me that it was a subscription (the ad made it seem like it was a lifetime access). Thankfully, I was refunded quite fast, although I'm not sure whether it was them or my bank also requested it as I contacted them both upon seeing revews here. Overall, a nervous experience but the materials were useful.
I asked them to cancel my renewals for…
I asked them to cancel my renewals for two years now and they keep charging me. It’s absolutely infuriating.
scam company. Do not trust.
Absolutely refused a refund for $90 they took from my account one year after I paid $5 for a one week trial access. It’s a scam. Do not trust this company.
Training for Scams
1. They advertised it as $4.95 for weekly emails for life - In reality it was $4.95 for the first year and you need to continue paying for the second year. I found that out by looking through the account settings
2. Advertised as the "buy all content in the market place for one low price" - In reality I was given about 6 of the 20+ things promised.
Ive tried contacting support, support will not return my emails.
Ordered a book for 10$ then was Charged $89 a year later.
Ordered a book for 10$. 1 year after, I was charged $89 for Premium gold membership. It was never mentioned that a membership renewal will be performed after 1 year.
They say no refund according to their policy. I will dispute this Transaction with the Bank
BEWARE!!!
BEWARE!!!! I ordered this a year ago at a discount. It automatically signed me up again without my permission. Now, they won't give me a refund.
3 rd years with them
I today start m'y 3rd years with them, for the cost of 5$ for this time.
I was billed 10$ First years, 90$ second years and now 5$ for the third years. Is It worth It ? Yes . Why? You'll have Training Sheets available to practice for a long amount of time. If price is a problem fir you then i'll advice you to cancel your suscription the same day you made payment, then usé your materials to practice on that years and when the years finishes to get another suscription.
it's a scam
I paid for weekly content for life and a full year's premium subscription bonus.
It turns out they only gave it to me for two weeks, then took everything away and recharged me $98 with no notice.
I tried to check with the online help desk but they only responded with an automated message that did absolutely nothing.
Now not only do I have a surcharge I didn't ask for, but I don't have the content they promised.
