I bought two T-shirts online. Payment confirmation Email confirming the order along with Tracking details.
The items arrived, however nothing like what was advertised. Fake items. The Boss logo actually has the words "Yes Boss" Size and colour nothing like the advert.
Numerous Emails to help@horizonbluesolutionsllc were answered with automated generic email stating my order couldn’t be found via my email address. They continually requested their order number which is included in the title, subject and body of every email I have sent them.
I repeatedly sent them their own order confirmation Email "13 times", but received the same generic response from them. On a few occasion their generic email was slightly changed to be more personal but still stating my order couldn’t no be found.
Their web site even has images showing Trustpilot reviews with 5 stars
