St.MORITZ online shop for clothes and shoes etc is the worst of the worst Con-Company or a One-Man-Band-Con. PLEASE DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SELLER. You will receive a BELOW SUBSTANDARD GOODS from this CON-PERSON or a Con-Company. I have an evidence for that. When I tried for a refund, I was taken for a long-delayed and a windy-ride with the prohibiting terms & conditions to return the obnoxious pair of counterfeit BOSS shoes worth less than a couple of quid at a roadside pile of rubbish for sale in some third world countries. The cost of returning the Rubbish would have costed me more than I paid for a Branded shoes. Luckily I got my money back via Chargeback from my Credit Card.
All credit card companies should REMOVE this Con-Company from their platforms. I would rate this con-company with minus stars if we have that option.

OK... so it is a scam. Yup... I got 2 crap golf shirts... tiny chinese shit. Don't buy stuff here.

This is a scam site - the goods are shipped from china and definately not genuine. Should have spotted them a mile off when looking at their returns policy - i.e. no refunds.

They sent fake Hugo Boss t Shirts from China and the quality was terrible. Never recommend anyone to buy from them.

Delivered my 2 sets of shirt Boss and drop at my door take pictures and leave. And of course when I arrived several hours after the items were gone. Lost my money since I have sent a email to St Moritz and never got any reply of any kinds. lost $158.

This is a scam website! They keep changing their URL, which is a massive red flag. The "polo shirts" I ordered were cheap polyester T-shirts with an ironed-on Boss logo. It's so obviously fake, it's actually laughable. I've requested a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from this site.

I strongly advise against ordering from St. Moritz Official. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

They sent me items in the wrong sizes — sizes that do not match what I ordered. I contacted them multiple times via email , but they completely ignored all my messages. There has been absolutely no response, no customer support, and no solution offered.

To make matters worse, there is no clear or functioning return process. It seems impossible to return or exchange anything, which leads me to believe this may be a scam or at least an extremely untrustworthy company.

I regret placing my order and would never recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews before ordering a pair of “Boss” trainers. Biggest fakes I’ve ever seen. Ordered size 42 but they sent 41, off to a great start. The quality is shocking, poor materials, loose threads, uppers crinkled.

I ordered the BOSS sneakers. The website looked very professional. I have to admit, they handled that perfectly. And what did I receive? Plastic junk. Not the sneakers I ordered. Real scammers!!! You can't reach them, so you can't return items. I never leave reviews, but I hope this will keep people away from this site. I've learned my lesson. It's €50 (thank God, I can afford it), but I would have preferred to donate it to the food bank. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING, PEOPLE!!!

Ordered Hugo boss trainers. They were late arriving, wrong size, creased up and not even in a box. They look plastic too. Emailed them a few times but no response. I will get my money back through PayPal. Don't buy anything from these cowboys and report them to trading standards

I completely agree with all the reviews on this page. They are indeed complete sheisters and you should NOT order anything from this company. I ordered a jumper which took over three weeks to arrive and when it did, it was a lot smaller than the advertised size. I ordered a L and this is no larger than a S (even though it still says L on the label). It is also quite clearly counterfeit. I’ve emailed them twice now to organise a return and they have blanked each one of my emails, even though I used the email address which they themselves provided via a response to a comment on this page! This company ruins the Internet for all legitimate small businesses trying to survive.

Since today this webshop is called saintmoritz.com. This is also a big scamm, it is the dame!. I ordered BOSS trainers from st.moritz.com, it arrived after 17 days and made me cry. Made out of cheap plastic, they were shoppen from China, not at all as the ones I ordered in their webshop.
When I wanted to complain by email(costumer support) the site was off the air.
I was so shocked and unpleasantly surprised I found it just now as saintmoritz.com.

It is a scamm, a disgrace, I'm sick of it.
NEVER buy anything from both webstores. If you do you'll loose your money! Be warned!

Sold fake stuff comes from China. Ask to cancel and made excuses tell you that order dont exist.

Please do not misunderstand what they advertise, as you can't get hold of them. I have paid £79.00 for four BOSS T-shirts but have only received 2. When I tried to check my order to make sure, the link did not work anymore. These people make fool of you to take the money and then never want to know you. Please order from any other well-known website. Also it took almost 3 weeks for me to get the incomplete order as it says you will get in 3-4 days
