Fantastic service from a true professional
Salvo is the best example of Customer service you could have.
He deserves a pay rise or bonus as he is the reason I will come back to Sigma Sports again.
Salvo went above and beyond to accommodate my availability, and was very clear in his explanation of the work he was doing for me throughout.
I believe I received the premium service I was paying for.
I cannot speak highly enough of Salvo, he is exceptional.

Great range of SunGod glasses including the reactive lenses I was looking for for my husband. Quick delivery and great service. He is delighted with them and said he forgot he was wearing them as they were so light weight and rapidly adjusted as he rode in and out of the dark wood single tracks and sunny fire roads. He looks good in them too!

Sigma are a great company who I've bought through before and have become my go to for all things bike related. I urgently needed a particular stem, they had it in stock, I was able to get Saturday delivery at a very reasonable cost, winner winner, back on the road. Fantastic level of customer service.

Ordered via online on Wednesday, arrived in shop on Friday and saddle fitted perfectly to my specifications by Finn and Mathew on a busy afternoon before the Bankhols w/e. The Kask helmet was the right size but grey sea ice not blue as wanted. Never mind eh!
