This was the best experience I’ve had with a medical provider. For the past year I’ve had a tough time finding reliable and empathetic care. This provider listened and helped me a great deal. It might not have seemed like much but it was truly a life changing appointment. Such a stressful weight has been lifted off me. Thank you.

It’s weird actually. I’m trying to navigate the American healthcare system without insurance, it’s just a stack of subscriptions that still ends up being cheaper than a healthcare plan. But it was weird explaining to a stranger why I want to try a new mood stabilizing medication. I only had 15 minutes to plead my case and, since I’m emotionally dysregulated, it was actually kind of stressful and he wasn’t very…pleasant. Very to the point. Kind of squinted at me like I was lying the whole time. I felt very exposed. But I got the prescription so I guess it was a success. I’m excited to try it, it’s the first time I’ve tried to treat my disorder with medication. So yea I mean, ultimately it was an ok experience.

The physician was patient attentive listened thoughtfully and thoroughly no time wasted.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience so far! Very affordable, prompt and completely empathetic.

Followed all prompts and provided details to book an appointment. When the time for my appointment came she stated it was the wrong type of appointment and would not complete my consultation. I simply followed the prompts. Customer service refunded, but what a waste of time. Go to a real doctor and skip the fake docs here.

Appointment was available same day and multiple choices of times and doctors. I needed an MRI referal as I am in between primary care doctors and I got the MRI referal within an hour of my appt. Couldn't thank Dr. Juan Fernandez enough for his services and professional medical opinions on my injury.

For anyone uninsured, and in need of nonemergency care, this is a great affordable service. A fraction of the cost of visiting an urgent care center or ER.

Most doctors there have no interest in you or manners. They just want to prescribe something and get rid of you ASAP. Conversations rarely last more than 5 minutes. It's not even about time spent on me. It's about attitude and lack of common courtesy. They talk to you like you're some fly annoying them and distracting from something important. Looks like they take appointments in the middle of their regular work day and they only care about taking your $50 for 3 minutes of talking to them and getting rid of you ASAP. Often they don't even say bye or disappear if you're 1 minute late. On top of that, once I was prescribed a horse dosage of medicine that made me sicker than I already was. Simple Google search confirmed that this dose is dangerous. Last time I used it I had bacterial lungs infection, the doctor prescribed me HORMONAL IMMUNE SUPPRESSANT AND CAUGH SUPPRESSANT. Simple Google search and common sense tell anyone with an IQ over 70, that when your immune system is trying to fight a bacteria you shouldn't be trying to suppress it. Caugh helps mucus come out of the lungs. If I stop coughing, it will stay there. Which is why last time I had the same infection a month ago and I was prescribed same meds, it did not help the way it should and the infection reappeared soon again. I will not use Sesame again. $50 for 3 minutes of talking to a bad doctor.

The experience of scheduling an appointment and receiving the care is easy and quick. The provider I saw was very thorough, professional and kind. It’s a nice resource for weekends when your doctors office is closed.

Using Sesame couldn't have been easier. Very user friendly, system is very easy to operate and within a matter of hours my issue was resolved. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment (about 2 hours) and the prescription i needed was sent in immediately. I have Goodrx which I use as insurance, but I thought it was thoughtful that they sent a discount coupon with the prescription too. Easy peasy, great doctor, great price!
