Doctor was very friendly, efficient, and helpful

Dr. Leibman has has been excellent. I’ve dealt with depression for a long time, and it had gotten really bad again with constant fatigue, anhedonia, and feeling on guard all the time. She listened carefully, understood what I was going through, and made thoughtful medication adjustments that started working surprisingly well. I’m finally seeing real motivation and clarity come back, and it feels like I’m getting my life back on track.

She’s genuinely kind and caring and you can tell she truly wants her patients to improve. If you’re looking for a psychiatrist who listens and delivers meaningful results, Dr. Leibman is the one.

Probably great if you don’t need controlled substances. Dr. Was nice and refunded me. I imagine if they are all as calm and chill as him it’s good for its needs.

The doctor I spoke to was great, very fast and easy, kind person. Seems like it worked to me.

Quick, easy, good value

For the past three years, I always look forward to my appointments with Dr.Chinedu Okeke. He is the best doctor I have ever met since we relocated to Florida. He truly cares about his patients. He is also very personable and professional. I’m happy my constant search for a Doctor is finally over.

Dr. Nevins listened to all of my concerns and ordered labs to check them. Then she took the time to explain the choices and why the suggested coarse was the best decision. She was attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and on time.

Another excellent experience with Doctor Henry. Very knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and a great guy.

Easy and friendly. He listened

Quick response time, able to take me earlier, and got me my results fast. So much easier and quick than trying to get an appointment with a corporate doctor in person!

I booked Sesame to get a prescription for B12 injections, which is a routine request, with a documented history of low B12 that I explained to their "physician" up front. He never asked to see a single lab. Never reviewed my records. Never engaged with any specific of my case. He issued a blanket refusal before looking at anything.

What's more, this "physician" seemed to not understand basic human biology, and the two reasons he gave were both flatly wrong. First, that B12 is "a GI issue" needing a gastroenterologist — it isn't; B12 injections for deficiency and pernicious anemia are routine primary care that GPs handle every day. Second, that he couldn't "verify or modulate" the dose — there is nothing to modulate; injectable B12 comes in standardized ampoules at fixed, well-established doses. B12 has no known toxic dose and is sold over the counter without a prescription in many different countries for this reason.

So, TLDR, I paid for an individualized medical assessment and received a pre-formed "no" from someone who didn't read my file. When I asked for a refund, Sesame refused. In my opinion that is indistinguishable from a scam: charge for a consultation, deliver nothing of clinical value, then keep the money. I would not use them again and would warn anyone considering it to spend their money somewhere a provider will actually look at your case.

The person I chose was nice. She was able to accurately prescribe what was needed. She made me feel like she cared about my wellbeing. I am glad I chose this option. Its a convenient option when you are not feeling well.

Health practitioner quickly reviewed my medical records, understood what testing was needed for the next step in my care, and provided the appropriate prescription. He also gave me valuable guidance on where to obtain the necessary blood studies. It was a pleasure working with a knowledgeable and efficient professional like him

I love the ease with which I can access care. The doctor was on time, listened to my needs, and was prompt in sending the medications I needed. What usually takes weeks took me only a few minutes within the SAME day.

Professional, on time

Prescription refilled but only once. I would not recommend this unless you could not wait to see your primary physician. The cost to obtain one refill costs many times more than the drug itself. In the past, my doctor would give me a 180-day refill. This time online after only 5 minutes, Sesame's doc only refilled for 45-days. So this is not a sustainable method at all.
