I found Dr Anna to be very kind and lovely..and very professional and compassionate..I was miserable with a head to toe itchy rash, she was thorough, asked questions, reviewed my history and my meds and examined my rash…she listened to my questions and concerns, shared her recommendations and had my scripts sent over to my pharmacy before we hung up….overall, a very helpful and positive experience..THANK YOU DR ANNA FOR TAKING THE TIME TO LISTEN AND TO CARE.

Positive experience with a knowledgeable professional.

The doctor was very helpful refilled my prescriptions that I needed plus gave me good advice on things that I could also be doing to help my congestive heart failure recovery. Highly recommend for anybody with no insurance.

Absolutely horrid. Charged me $70/membership fee and never even received a phone call from an expert. They are a scam. Do NOT do business with them. I disputed the charge.

Sesame is a very streamlined easy platform to use, the pricing is actually great for patients who lack insurance coverage and still need access to quality care.
My provider was fantastic, she is approachable, listens well, demonstrates compassion, and ensures that my concerns are addressed while developing a treatment plan. She is sensitive to certain circumstances and helped develop a treatment plan around limiting factors. I felt heard and that my opinion mattered and my input was encouraged through the entire interaction.

Absolutely despicable, predatory company that does not have patient care in mind. I suffered a very traumatic medical emergency that required hospitalization and surgery. During this time my subscription renewed. As my health status and medication needs had changed and I required more specialized care, I requested a refund. They refused to work with me, even with the offer to provide documentation FROM my doctor.

Their actual services are also horrible. You see a doctor who spends about 2 minutes with you and barely makes eye contact.

This company is all about churning out maximum profits and patient care isn’t even a remote concern. To them, you’re basically just cattle.

There are FAR superior telehealth options available. I cannot recommend enough looking elsewhere. Avoid this company like the plague.

Dr. Henry Ibitokun has always shown up the appointments on time or early. He’s precise and knowledgeable. I like his way of not asking too many questions and sending off the correct RX the first time. This prevents delays in getting my medications.
