I had an issue with the delivery Sailing Chandlery couldn't have been more helpful; the wrong postcode.
The problem is the 3rd party program you use on the order form to find an address when you start typing. There has been an update and it 'fills-in' the wrong post code for the address (didn't use to). DPD use the Postcode only so it went to No.20 at the wrong post code!

Took too long to deliver
Ordered on a Monday, not delivered until Thursday afternoon. By which time I had left for Spain, with my boat. For a small in-stock item this is no good to me.
