Issue with payment

My payment details werent retained and ive had tk contact the company several times to try and fix the issue. The product snd shipping and website were all great apart from the payment issue.

Resmed Soap Wash and Airtouch F20 soft mask

The Resmed Soap Wash is very good, and it rinses out really easily, I am very impressed. I usually use a small Airtouch mask, but thought I'd try medium because of leakage problems. I don't think this mask is the one for me, as I am still having issues with leakage with the medium size, and have to hold it against my face to avoid air loss, and still get a red face logo on my Resmed cpap machine result. It's a shame as my jaw doesn't slide around in this mask like it does in a nasal mask.

The whole experience was the best fast friendly service has me back up and running in just a couple of days .with a nice new airsense 10 and mask.couldent ask for more I do highly recommend this company.

Great, easy service

Easy to get an appointment and great attentive staff who followed up throughout my trial. It was so much easier than I expected to pick up and drop off the testing equipment so I could do the sleep test at home. Highly recommend doing a test, I was really surprised by my results.

Charged after returning machine.

I returned the machine after 1 week, however I was still charged for the second week. I requested a refund from the Brighton office but no follow up was done.
I will not use resimed again
