If I could make this Negative it would…

If I could make this Negative it would be!

Don't risk anything with this Airline, we had 2 Flights in the USA with this airline and both times our suitcases were damaged beyond repair. One being a Brand NEW Suitcase that was 2 days old!

Being non US Citizens we are at a disadvantage.

We have lodged at least 10 Cases and have been promised that this matter has been escalated to a Claims Specialist on the 8th November 2025 and you guessed it - NO RESPONSE!

These matters have been going on since Mid September and one case finally got resolved on the 10th December 2025 still waiting on the remainder!

You use their Case Status and everything comes up with No Case!

I have sent multiple emails setting out every interaction with Delta Airlines Baggage Section and all I get is an Automated Response!

Don't waste your Money on a Sub Standard Carrier!

My experience over the last couple of…

My experience over the last couple of months with Angel at the ResMed Aspley QLD store has been very positive. I am extremely grateful to Angel for her caring support, Sleep Apnea and Sleep Apnea machines knowledge as well as great customer service.
Angel has assisted with the Purchase of 3 Machines this year and has patiently worked through our issues with Mask Leakage.
Angel has reached out to ensure that our Stats have been working out and has continued to help us resolve any issues.
Angel is worth her weight in Gold at Resmed Aspley store.
Highly recommend Angel. August 2025

Considering I have this site… Foreign Invasion

Considering I have this site bookmarked. I don't understand when I have my Language set as English, why it tries to open in Foreign Languages. This is not a one off it happens quite regularly and I am fed up!

Terrific Service

Terrific Service. Parcel arrived without any damage. The only issue was the website for tracking the parcel, I had checked the website 30 minutes before and it showed me had been checked into depot. Next thing Courier had delivered the parcel.
