Outstanding service from Ollie – 10/10
I had my first experience with RAC Mobile Mechanics today, and I honestly could not have asked for a better one. Ollie (Mobile Mechanic ID 8774) was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
He repaired my car carefully and professionally, clearly explained what had gone wrong, showed me the faulty parts, explained what needed replacing and why, and then showed me the completed work afterwards. He also identified a few additional issues to keep an eye on and explained what may need attention in the near future. His knowledge, honesty and customer service gave me complete confidence in the work he carried out.
Ollie was also incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. At one point, an elderly neighbour asked for help moving a fridge, and he kindly stopped to help her as well. That small gesture said a lot about the kind of person he is.
He made an excellent first impression of RAC, and because of this experience I would be very happy to use RAC again for future repairs.
I sincerely hope this feedback is passed on to Ollie and recognised internally, because employees like him are a real credit to the company and deserve to be appreciated.

Great Service
I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from the RAC. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The response was quick, the communication was great, and the RAC patrol who attended was friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
They took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure everything was dealt with properly before leaving. It was reassuring to have someone so knowledgeable and helpful when I needed assistance.

Excellent and convenient
Had a car service carried out at home. Good amount of emails and texts on the run up, and I got a text on the day when they were on their way.
Having the service on my drive was so convenient, and the mechanic very professional. I’ll definitely use the service again. Thanks.

Fixed the problem
Had to have a new battery, I have had something draining my battery intermittently, and hopefully not only did the mechanic replace the battery quickly and efficiently, but he has hopefully identified the issue.

So easy
So easy! Just booked online, received email and text confirmation. On the day before, the mechanic sent a text with appropriate arrival time. He turned up, did a great job and advised on a couple of things I need to sort in the near future. Very pleased with the service.
