RAC service on my drive.
I had a RAC service on my car today, with the convenience of being done on my drive.
The mechanic was very efficient and very polite and carried the whole service with ease and very professional in doing so.
I will probably always have my services done with RAC has they provide a 5 star service unlike the previous main dealers I have dealt with!! Many thanks to Jason who carried out the work, an easy 5 stars for him has well. 👌

Really convenient, reliable and professional service

What the mechanic done was good but had to go and collect the right parts also was not able to give me my windscreen wipers as who ever supplied them gave the wrong one so ive lost out on my wipers which I find unfair also I was not offered the £40 off my service

Good communication before arrival
Good communication before arrival. Arrived as planned. Nice polite young man and felt reassured he would do a good job. Took about an hour or so and he was v professional. All completed alongside the documents. Well pleased.

The Mechanic was really good and professional, but it was just a mobility side of it that stuffed it all up replace the battery one day and I have to wait another three days to get the oil and filter changed all due to mobility being slack

Good but I think he should have checked…
Good but I think he should have checked the fuse for the windscreen washer as it was working fine and checking the fuse would have been quick and simple. He could not replace the key batteries so could that be refunded please.
