Disappointing service
Had basically no help from them so far first appointment the mechanic called me to say his company hasn't given him a money card to purchase the parts so he'll have to rebook appointment for next week! next appointment the mechanic didn't show up no call or text to explain why had to call RAC myself to be told he's cancelled my appointment and rebooked it for the 21st so that's a third day I'll need to take of work to wait for them

Superb Service
The mechanic who came to check the vehicle when I first reported the breakdown was superb. He did all he could to get me booked into a garage as soon as possible, but there was nothing available for a couple of months. It was then suggested that an RAC mobile mechanic be booked in to repair the car, which would be booked in for just a couple of days after. After a conversation with my leasing company, it was agreed. Following this, the mobile mechanic who came to fix it was also excellent, and finished the work swiftly. The car is running smoothly now. Brilliant service all round.

Best service ever
He was very friendly, he explained everything he was doing. Did the job in good time considering he had to remove many parts to get to the battery. All round the service was great. Couldn’t have asked for a better mechanic.
