Glad I came a cross this website before splashing too much on a new shower, reasonable priced,much cheaper than I initially thought I'd have to spend .fast dispatch, updates on delivery and delivery guy took it into my house and placed the boxes where I needed to.

Great customer service. I asked a stock level question before purchase and received a quick reply. The item arrived promptly and was as described.

Excellent service, prompt, efficient, well priced and no quibble when we returned the item (fault was not in the pump, so no replacement necessary after all).

The product was delivered only in a plastic bag, the half flush float attachment had been broken in transit. I decided to fit the system regardless and attach the float with a cable tie (good to have a working toilet in the house). Everything fitted switched on the water, the inlet valve did not switch off. I had to go out and buy a new inlet, which worked, I can only assume the inlet valve was also damaged in transit.
I am very unhappy with my experience with plum2u, I shan't be using them again. Very unsatisfactory!

Make sure you order the right thing as refunds and exchanges are very expensive
They want to charge me 20% of the price of the cylinder even if you try to replace for a more expensive model.
Most places have a fix price

Also they say 1-2 days delivery and took a week. Perhaps go buy elsewhere when they don't rip you off for a exchange

Excellent service, delivery as promised. Replacement shower engine ordered at 12.30pm, paid for quick delivery as we urgently needed the part and it arrived by Royal Mail at 9am the following day. Would definitely recommend this company. The price was good too even taking into consideration the additional shipping cost.
