When our customer unit developed a fault and was 250 miles away from us. We located the plumbing part at a competitive price and in stock with them.
It was dispatched the same day and arrived the next day.

Items were purchased, shipped directly from the manufacturer. The item was left outside, didn’t know it was even delivered when I checked in with plumb 2 u they provided me pictures of it being left outside. Upon inspection the items were not there. I had raised for further investigation, I got an email saying it was signed for, signature was not my signature and no pictures of anyone present.

Refund hasn’t been issued but investigation with the suppliers has been initiated. Full fraud and careless delivery.

I understand it isn’t plumb 2 u’s fault but I have purchased it through them so reimbursement should be given by them and should ensure a reliable delivery is made.

Aqualisa loom assembly part ordered arrived very quickly, fitted perfectly and the shower is now back to working as good as new.

Cheapest I could find and quick delivery.

After some difficulty in contacting Plumb2U, they have responded and replaced a faulty item free of charge as well as taking back the old product. They were very responsive and helpful and I would use them again.

Standard delivery useless, advertise 2/3 days Royal Mail, give you a tracking number, then after 4 days royal mail says expecting the item, be delivered by 48 hours once received which would make it 6 days.

Good price, free and prompt delivery

Was in a hurry for 2 pump bodies. I ordered the wrong ones by accident on Thursday evening online and sent an email to the contact address to explain. I received a response email at 10.49am the next day to confirm the order had been amended and still received the parts the next day. Absolutely top notch service, thank you very much.

I needed to order a tool for a boilermag unit and some washers which I did using the free standard delivery Wednesday evening online.
Unfortuneately my Boilermag unit started to leak after placing the order and late in the evening.
I phoned Plumb2U the following morning at 9am , Thursday to ask if I could change to express.
I was so impressed with how Martin went and found my order and offered to change it to express especially as it had already got the standard postage label if I paid the additional fee which I was only to happy to do.
He then very kindly emailed me the Royal Mail 24hour tracking number and made sure my parcel was relabelled then updated the online order as well.
It arrived just after 10am this morning, Friday, the other side of the country to Plumb2u and my plumber changed the washer with the new tool at 11am.
It is very rare to get such amazing customer service and empathy about my leaking heating system.
I shall be using this firm when I need plumbing kit for the future and will recommend to friends.

Paid for goods and not received them

I ordered a toilet seat. I compared the dimensions of my old one with those in the diagram online to make sure I was getting the exact same model. I compared prices online and found that plumb2u.com was offering the best price (more than £10 cheaper than the manufacturer!). Ordering online was easy, delivery went smoothly, and packaging was superb. Definitely deserving of 5 stars for both product and service. Thank you.

Excellent service, ordered an item from the website unfortunately the part No. didn’t match the photo.
Call explained they understood, sent a prepaid returns label while they sorted out the website mistake, corrected item received two day later.

Ordered a new salamander shower pump from this company. Very efficient delivery times but I must say I’m hugely disappointed in what was delivered.
I have received 5litres of toilet cleaner.
customer service was shocking aswell probably as much use as the toilet cleaner

I ordered a new Bristan concealed shower valve on Monday 10th February 2025, I phoned on Wednesday for an update and it was answered within five rings. I was told that the package was being sent by DX Express and it arrived on Thursday 13th February 2025. I was very impressed by the service I received. Thank you.
