I had an urgent bathroom upgrade…
I had an urgent bathroom upgrade requirement and found a fantastically priced product at Westside Bathrooms. They don't do an overnight delivery but a very reasonably priced 2-5 days delivery. I called them as 2 days would be fine, 5 days less so. I spoke with them about the likely delivery ETA to north London. They are very helpful. I got it 42 hours later. Fabulous business. Would definitely use again. Incidentally, beautifully wrapped in brown wrapping paper - like a gift!

Great customer service
Having placed my order I was emailed to be advised that there would unfortunately be a delay due to supplier issues. I was asked to contact Westside Bathrooms to discuss further. When I called I spoke with Gemma who apologised and explained the reason for the delay, however it did not stop there as I was promptly offered an alternative at no additional cost and I received my order a few days later. Thank you Gemma for your advice understanding and great customer service in fulfilling my order.
I will not hesitate in purchasing from here in the future and will certainly recommend to family and friends.

Very good quality and very good value for money
The ordering was easy, we didn't have to wait too long for delivery, and we are very pleased with the products. The shower baskets were much less expensive than the equivalent would have been from other companies, and of very good quality- our builder was very impressed, and said he would recommend Westside Bathrooms.
