Quick delivery was a wee bit…
Quick delivery was a wee bit overcharged on delivery charge but was changed one phone call from me and within say 10 minutes got a email all good and a nice wee bonus got ten quid off as well.So if ure thinking about a new bike get one from them . Cheers all at Paul's cycle.

Terrible delivery service
Buying the bike went smoothly but the delivery was shocking.
We weren't given any notice that the bike was being delivered until the delivery service rang and told us they were at our home. They then told us they couldn't wait the 10 mins for us to return and left the bike with a neighbour. The delivery really let down the experience of buying the bike.

We’re sorry the delivery did not meet your expectations. Tracking information would have been sent ahead of delivery, allowing the shipment’s progress to be followed. As drivers work to tight schedules, they cannot reasonably be expected to wait ten minutes for someone to return home. In this instance, the bike was left safely with your neighbour immediately next door rather than unattended or taken away for redelivery.

I ordered a large MMR bike click&…
I ordered a large MMR bike click& collect drove from Lincoln to DEREHAM.
Unfortunately it was too big so they built a middle very quickly set it up for me as I waited. The two bike machines were absolutely brilliant. I chatted to them as they worked. fantastic knowledge I will take it back down for a service after so long. I would give them a shout out but I forgot there names sorry.
