Ordered Rise and Fall pendants with brass fittings from Original BTC in U.K. Great customer service experience getting information over the phone from New York showroom staff. This coupled with good website and diagrams instilled confidence in ordering online from the U.S. Pendants arrived in perfect condition in impressive packing.

Super helpful company and such beautiful products!
A wonderful company that supports British craft and design. I couldn’t have afforded the products without the very generous price reductions that O.BTC advertise from time to time. Look out for these and don’t miss out. The prices are still quite high but so worth it!

Pendant is beautiful
Pendant is beautiful. It was crooked. I had to use foam sheets to avoid damage and pliers to take the light apart and straighten it.
